With the experience taken from the community support program application process for the last two months, we have identified some key areas that to be developed. After performing some study on current selections, we came up with some decisions to further improve our community activities.

We identified the following key weaknesses in the area of Steem Promotions of the community.

• Members are cluster around the same behavior pattern
  There should be someone to turn the pattern into a delightful way.

• Members do not show off what they do for the success of the steem community
  Even though how much they powerup, recruit people, support people or promote steem they do not present what they did to the community. This became a huge disadvantage to us always even though we are already doing what others do.

So we decided to encourage them in a proper manner to show off what they do to promote steem.

Use Your Own Creativity

We are going to do this in a different way, we would like to invite our Sri Lankan members to use their creative skills and powers to promote Steem and Steemit in the local context.

We noticed some of them have their own Facebook pages, tik tok, and youtube channels which can do a huge influence. There are some members who are doing their own products like crafts, cakes, cards which can use to pass a message to the society.

Our plan is to use give them the opportunity and motivation to utilize their creative skills towards steem promotion

We Don't Want It to Be a Sudden Spark

None of our projects is to appear suddenly and disappear soon. We want them to remain for a long. @rasinkani and @imanthadd will coordinate with members in the future and will provide the assistance they need.

Here onwards we love to see some creative steem promotions and promotional content from our Sri Lankan members everywhere in the steemit.

Do steem promotions and share your activity in a post.. Make sure to show off everything that you do for the success of the steemit.

Use hash tag, #sslpromo in addition to tags you use. It is better to post them in Steem Sri Lanka, but you can use other communities as well. Make sure to highlight that your content inline with Steem Sri Lanka Steem Promotion.
