Hello friends all over the universe.Trust you are doing fine.This contest posted by @damindu really caught my fancy and as such I can't help but to participate in the contest.

THE FAVOURITE COUNTRY THAT I LIKE TO VISIT
The favourite country that I would love to visit is Greece.Greece is a country located in Southeastern Europe.Its capital city is Athens.
Greece is known for having plenty beaches and the country is believed to be a key pointer to Western Civilization.
It won't be wrong to say that Western Civilization cannot be talked about without mentioning Greece.
Infact most of the letters used in mathematics and other sciences are of Greek origin they include but not limited to:
•Alpha(α)
•Beta(β)
•Theta(θ)
•Rho(ρ)
•Lambda(λ)
•Omega(ω) etc.

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT GREECE
There are plenty of reasons why I would like to visit Greece.The reasons are too numerous to mention.Let me mention a few.

•RICH HISTORY
I love history and memories a lot.Greece as a country has got a rich history.Greek is the bedrock of Western Civilization.
It is also a home for Sun Worshippers as it affords them such opportunity,this is because the sand beaches soak the sun hot rays.

•LOVELY BEACHES
The country boast of a good number of sweet and pleasurable beaches where one can relax especially during summer.The entrance to the beaches are made of sand and peebles for proper relaxation.

•A TOUR TO GREECE IS RELATIVELY CHEAP
Touring round Greece is relatively cheaper as compared to other European countries.
Most interesting part of it is that beaches are free for all.

•AWESOME DRINKS AND COFFEE
Greece as a country has got a lot of tasty and beautiful wines.They come in different brands and forms.
The most famous among the wine is ouzo.

As for coffee lovers,a visit and stay in Greece will bring plenty of coffee to your doorstep.

HOSPITALITY OF GREEKS
One of the core values of Greeks is hospitality.They derive joy in welcoming visitors.
According to history,they believed that the visitors were sent my the gods.
Greeks are also known for having and serving delicious meals.

THE AREA THAT I WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN GREECE
This is interesting.Well,the area that I would love to stay is the capital city called Athens.
Athens is one of the oldest cities of the world.It is the capital city of Greece.A citizen of Athen is called an Athenian.

Athens is a city that I have always loved to visit because of its rich history and cultural heritage.
It is worthy is note that civilization cannot be talked about without mentioning Athens.

Athens is home to notable figures like Socrates,Pericles and Sophocles.
It is a beautiful city with lots of sites of tourist attraction and places of relaxation.

PLACES THAT I WOULD FANCY IN ATHENS

1•NATIONAL ARCHAEOLOGY MUSEUM

This is the largest museum in the entire Greece.It is dated to the 19th century.It is located at 44 Patission Street,Athens.

The museum offers an account/overview of Greek civilization from prehistory up until the classical period of late antiquity.
Like I mentioned earlier in the post.Athens has got a lot of places of attraction.

There sections in the museum.The sections include but not limited to:

•Sculpture Collection:

This section is where sculptures of ancient Greek origin from 6th century BC to 5th century BC.These sculptures are nothing short of a master piece.

•Vase and Decorative Objects Collection

After feeding my eyes at the Sculpture Collection section,I would move to the Vase and Decorative Objects Collection section.
This section is a home for ancient Greek pottery which were dated back to the 11th century BC.

It would be fun to see these ancient arts of beauty.Indeed Athenians are very creative people.

2•OLYMPIEION-TEMPLE OF OLYMPIA ZEUS

My visit to Athens will not just end at the National Museum.

I will also extended my tour to the Temple of Olympian Zeus in the city of Athens.

According to the ancient accounts,this temple was dedicated to Zeus.... Zeus is the ancient Greek's most all-powerful God.The magnificent structure is benefitting shrine to Zeus.
As you can see,it is such a mighty building.This shrine dedicated to Zeus is located close to Athens gate and Athanasiou Diakou street, Athens.

I would also visit beaches and highlands.

MY INSPIRATION TO VISIT GREECE
My inspiration to visiting Greece is because of her rich culture and history, beautiful landmark and places, relaxation and tourist attraction,meal and delicacies.

I have also heard that notable scientists and philosophers are of Greek extraction including various letters used in mathematics and physics are mostly fro the Greek alphabet.All these inspired me to desire a move to Greece.Need I continue???

IF I WERE TO CHOOSE
I would love to visit Greece with my mum.She is a lover of great and beautiful places especially Athens.

MY BUDGET
Considering the number of places that I would like be to explore in Athens.I would make a budget of around (2000 STEEM).I hope to raise the funds for my trip to Greece through upvotes on Steemit.

As for how long I intend to stay,I would stay for a period of 14 days.The 14-day period will afford me the opportunity to visit all the places that i intend to visit in Greece.
I would also take lovely pictures of my stay there for Steemit post purposes and for diary games post.

The number one hotel that I would love to spend time is AVA HOTELS which is located in Athens the capital city of Greece.

Upon my visit to Greece.I would love to taste these Greek delicacies:

•Greek Salad

•Fried Cheese

•Grilled Meat

CONCLUSION
This contest has revived my love for Greece and Athens in particular.I hope would make the move to Greece to see and savur the beauty of the place.
Athens is an ancient city.However it is very beautiful.It has a lot of tourist attraction,lots of great delicacies and a rich history.
