Looking from far away | Long weekend trip Part 3 | 5% for SL Charity

Hi Everyone,

Hope you guys didn’t get bored reading my posts related to the long weekend trip. Again, I am going to write something related to it. But this is not exactly about our trip.

This writing is about the waterfalls, we didn’t visit. The waterfalls we saw from far away.

We didn’t had time to go near these waterfalls to visit them because, we didn’t have enough time for each one and some times we fell behind our schedule.

Let me share the waterfalls, we passed in our route.

Lakshapana/ Laxapana Falls

While we were travelling to our first destination, “Gartmore Falls” we have passed the Laxapana area and our organizer friend Wagee told that we are going to pass the Laxapana Falls. It was 6 AM at the morning. According to his information, if we walk near to it, we will loose our energy to visit Gartmore. So we decided just to look at it while passing. It was beautiful, even from far away.

Aberdeen Falls

This is also in that area, we skipped that one too. I am not sure, whether we have passed Aberdeen first or Laxanapan first 😬.

Moray Falls

Moray Falls is the waterfall next to Gartmore Falls. As I have wrote in previous post, we have to skip the visit because we had fallen behind our schedule.

Devon Falls

While going to Amansara Bungalow, we had to pass this area, we saw it from the vehicle and wanted to stop by the view point. But the viewpoint was too crowded. So, it was just looking from the vehicle thing.

St. Clair’s Falls

After passing the Devon Falls, we could see St. Clair’s Falls from the vehicle. This time we got the chance to stop by the view point. Even if water level is low it was beautiful. I could take a photo from the view point.

Lovers Leap

Second day, we went near the Lovers Leap Falls and the even before the entrance vehicles were blocked in a little traffic. From the place we stopped the vehicle, we saw the waterfall and it looked small with the low water level. We had to make a decision… at the end everyone agreed to turn back. The decision bought us time saving us from lot of trouble while reaching our second day stay.
