THE DIARY GAME : 22/09/2020 : Be My Watson Day 8 | Mini Contest

Three more days for everything. So I waked up early and started stuyies just after wake up. I worked 2 hours like this and at about 8.00a.m cleaned up and went outside to check what has happened yesterday night. Every regular reader knows our Veranda is a night time playground for neigbour dogs. I am the cleaner of the playground. So as same as everyday there were enough flower like foot prints to clean. As you don't believe me, here is the evidence.

I washed whole Veranda again. 😒. Then start back my studies. Today also I studies, Management of Technology subject. I was able to cover almost every unit of this subject. I didn't do anything else until 12.00p.m except studies.

I tried to have a nap but my mother came home after school at 1.45p.m. So I couldn't sleep. I had lunch and cleaned the kitchen as a help to my mother. With the intention of writing some attractive things in the diary, I had a small walk in our garden.

I tried to capture some green color things. Why green? Green is a calm peaceful color to me. In my garden surrounding is almost green. That's why I love my home a lot. I walked a around our land. First I stopped at the Bilin Tree. Because it is something that I should show to you. Bilin is a fruit or can use to make chutney and Achcharu. It tastes sour. Our grandmother sometimes pluck them and split into pieces. Then wash them well and dry under sun. Then we can preserve them and use them in curries to add an additional faour.

Our land is a sloppy land. When climb some more, I show an land snail on a pinapple leafe. Actually pinapple leaves has sharp throns. I can't understand how this fleshy animal went througth the leaf. 😖

Land snails are very active during the night. They destroy many of valuable plants.

I hadn't much time to explore more but before the end my short break, I capture another beautiful flower. In general language, we called it "Monarakudumbiya". In English, it called "Little Ironweed". This is used as a herb in Sri Lanka. Here we use almost every plant as herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. 🙃

This little nature break refreshed my mind. It only took 10min but my mind gets refreshed so much. I went back to studies and continued till 6.00 p.m. Then worshiped Lord Buddha. And then started diary.
