Delicious Pizza from Monello Pizza Ambalangoda
Our plan was to spend this weekend restfully at home but plans changed in a good way with a call from Harith. He invited me to visit Darga town to find a curtain shop. These days we are trying to find a good deal for curtains for our house. Harith found someplace interesting in Darga town, so he wanted me to join him to visit there!
Nowadays nothing is free, so I wanted some bribe for the work. As I haven't visited Monello Pizza before, he invited me to go there as payment for the visit.
Monello pizza is located next to "Dolosmaha Clothing Shop". They said they are moving to Galle road, next to Groom's Gallery showroom Ambalangoda from the 28th. We saw that their new showroom also looked amazing and well done with the interior.
Eventhough the current showroom is small, about 15 people can sit comfortably at the place. It was less crowded when we were here, but the restaurant was really worth being crowded.
The interior design with yellow and black, which made a nice color combination together.
The prices are very reasonable compared to Dominoes and Pizza hut. Actually, I always feel disappointed after visiting both Pizzerias because they had almost no toppings. But for a price less than that, you can have a delicious and well-prepared pizza that fits with Sri Lankan taste.
We ordered Devilled Chicken Pizza Large for 2200 LKR which contained chicken, mushroom, cheese, olive, tomato, and bell pepper.
It was super delicious and each piece had enough topping and for the first time, I eat all four pieces of mine. Usually, I give the last piece to Harith but today I had all four pieces of mine. Actually, it's really worth for 2200 LKR comparing to boring pizza from Dominos or Pizza Hut.
I must give 5/5 for Monarello Pizza!

I too haven't visited it. Should go there. Going to Pizza hut these days is not possible for me. It would cost half of my intern allowance🤣🤣
