Another Massive Reward Farm | 100 Accounts ?

Background
A few weeks back @saracampero revealed How how ex crypto professors/greeter supporters abused their positions for reward farming. Recently I found an extension for this incident from another Sri Lankan user. This user had used the exact similar pattern and mechanism to abuse newcomer support and club votes.
How it began
This story is starting with the account https://steemitwallet.com/@shenu/transfers . The account had used 3 memos to transfer his STEEM,

I must say the about deepcrypto8 memo 107276059 had linked with 24 accounts used to farm votes in the above blockchain as well.
I checked transactions for all memos one by one.
To 88322597 with 100 accounts 2,691.808 STEEM
To kHk7AhqKth with 25 accounts 162.032 STEEM
To 0089b305ba84affd from 13 accounts 158.586 STEEM
To 107276059 from JUST ONE Account in Steemit and 3 exchanges
These three exchanges were probit, poloniex and gateiodeposit. This makes sense that some things weird have happened between these accounts.
Then when comparing the amounts transferred to each particular exchange memo and incoming steem to user @shehan8's memo, I was able to come up with the following observations which is completely identical to dilchamo and reddeleep situation.

You can see the transaction times are very close and also the total amounts are almost identical.

This pattern can be found in all probit transactions of about account network.

I am not going to put screenshots of the rest of the transaction similarities here. But you should be able to find them easily via transaction search.
Who is behind?
Obviously, @shehan8 is behind this because all farming STEEM end up in his binance. When checking farming accounts you'll realize that all have completed the first 4 achievement posts and verified by @dilchamo and @reddileep always. There is a possibility that the above account belongs to @dilchamo or @reddileep or also there is a possibility to be @shehan8 is a third person who worked with them.
And also the accounts (@ameliani, @angelinee, @angelniro, @chawo, @gayaathri, @januwha, @ohas) revealed by @saracampero are also linked with above memo 88322597
@steemcurator01 @steemcurator02 please pay your kind attention as this user who is taking your frequent attention.
And it's a shame that people of my country involving in such things.
@ashen99 literally said what I wanted to tell . Not everyone of the community have the knowledge to do binance transfers and @steemceylon help us for that. I think almost everyone know that it belongs to Randula . I can't figure out why someone is questioning about this out of nowhere 🙂. And that someone is from srilanka ? I think it's better for you to check the amount of charity works we did through SL Charity first and then question. It's useless to question like this.

Hi Sister! Thank you for this. Remembering that weeks ago, someone wrote me by whatsapp "I don't know from which country" to tell me something regarding that user @shehan8. That time I didn't want to procrastinate, and I forgot "so many things I have to do". I also have in my sights a group of "travelers" but I don't have time to investigate, and I forget. If someone can investigate it before, much better.
But evidently they were right, maybe they are the same or as you say "it could be a third party" Most of the other accounts are under review in newcomers.
This shenan8 is a dolphin, he became a dolphin thanks to his skills, but also use them to abuse the system with the support of the old greeter and teachers.
If so, as the evidence shows, the votes of @steemcurator02 should be removed for @shenan8 and be added to a blacklist.
I also don't know how this user participates in cryptoacademy if he has used bidbots services. @kouba01

What I do see wrong is that you are participating in the SCA while you were delegating justy and receiving support for the same. You are not supposed to. So it looks like this rule changed.
