Trip to Hauteville estate/Agarapathana….10% for Sl-Charity

Hello, my friends….As I mentioned earlier, After completing the exam we have arranged two trips. One of these trips was very interesting. So I think to tell about it…

We planned to visit a very beautiful area. That is Hauteville estate, Agrapathana. The main reason to choose this area is the manager of the Hauteville estate is my friends uncle. So we have a great opportunity to go there and stay in managers Bangalow for 3 days. Agarapathana is very famous in Sri Lanka for tea. There are a lot of estates and divisions in this area. Hauteville is one of the big estates in this area because it has 7 divisions.

We planned to go there 1st week of December, but we couldn’t go there as we planned…Because the main reason was heavy rain and we have to go through hatton road to reach Agarapathana. But anyway we started our journey after two days.

We were able to go to the Bangalow in the evening. As I mentioned earlier it was very beautiful and the bungalow is a very big and comfortable one…

We took a rest on the first day…2nd day we had an opportunity to go for a feiled visit with the manager…we walked more than 12Km around the whole estate…In the evening we were able to see the tea factory, but we didn’t get a chance to taste tea because the tea tasting process is done in the morning.

Then we came to the banglow and read for the BBQ night…

On the third day, we planned to visit Nuwara Eliya… Because the banglow is very close. There was a shortcut through the estate to the Nuwara Eliya, but we could not go that way. Because it is a very narrow road. So After visiting some places we can complete our dream trip…

So after all these, my mind said “I must go to a Bangalow for a vacation”…
