Floating On the Water!

I have sweet memories with polhena beach too. When I was schooling, I came on a trip to see polhena beach once. On that day we were not allowed to bathe in the sea. That day I strongly thought of coming back to Polhena beach. Even though I've stayed in Matara for two and half years I was never able to go back. Therefore that day came after decades.

As a person who has a huge fear for the water um always struggling with fear and enjoyement. This time I met with a solution. I bought a tube from the beach and used that for floating like a kid. Sometimes my fear is more higher than a kid. Floating on the tube, definetely made me so cherish.

In the evening we thought to go to the Matara Fort, which is named as star fort. It's located near the main bus stand of Matara. As the evening was a rainy one, it did not give us more time to walk around. On the other hand there's nothing much to visit in the fort.

Matara and I have so many good and bad memories. I had a thought of coming back and go to see my old boarding aunty, to walk through the roads where I used to walk for my tution classes. But that thought did not work due to the rainy weather.

Anyhow I am totally happy with my beautiful down south journey!
