Are You Stressed? | Part 01
Hello friends,
You know what I meant in the topic. Stress is a very common word in this modern society and you know the thingg ryt? It's okay. We all have to be stressed and deal with stressful situations. So in this article um going to share some tips that will help you to cope with your stress.
Start From Your Room
Your room is the very first thing you see in the morning. If it's a mess, it has a high probability to make you upset in the morning. Morning thoughts are very very important for your day. So try to maintain a very pleasant, neat and clean enviorenment in your room. Make sure your very first view in the morning is not to be a mess!
Colouring
Colouring is a very good therapy for reducing stress and anxiety. You can choose an any drawing you love and colour the way you like. It will give you many other benefits too. It improves sleep, focus and attention. Also it improves your eye hand coordination. Most especially colouring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain.
Drawing
Drawing is also an another method of dealing with your stress. Other than releasing stress it helps you to be more creative and increasing your memory and imagination. For this you don't need to be a talented artist ryt? If you like you could try a Mandela art. You could easily find the way of drawing mandela arts through you tube or google.
Games
In here um not talking about mobile games or computer games. Um talking about games like chess, Carom, Card games, puzzle making and etc. Nothing to think more, it reduces your stress for sure. Other than these things it will improve the ability of quick thinking, and focusing also.
In here I discussed only a few tips but there are many. Reading, writing, sewing, origami activities, paper crafting, relaxing music are some of them. You can choose the best suited activity for you.Actually It's up to you!
Sometimes you may think these are useless! But the truth is all these activities have a huge therapeutic value!
