The Broken Hope | 5% For Sl-Charity

There wasn't anything special. So I was thinking of something and this suddenly came to my mind. I totally forgot to write about this. In a previous post, I told that I hope to buy some wall stickers for the walls of my room.

I only searched online and I found some websites regarding wall sticker selling. Actually, this is not a sudden preference, I got an interest in wall stickers almost in the middle of this year. Before, I hadn't any idea about those things. When I saw them first, it was like love at first sight haha, exactly not like that. But it made me so dreamy about buying some for my room. I was curious on various designs and pictures. searched and searched more. I referred 2-3 websites and also searched on Facebook.

I saw a wall sticker shop from Facebook which is located near which is called as Vimuno Paradise. I checked different stickers and when I saw new beautiful ones I became addicted to it, even watching them made me happy and more interested in it. Finally, I decided to buy and felt it's not wise to purchase 2-3 stickers once, without knowing the quality. So, thought to buy one at first and check if it's good to purchase more from that shop.

The shop is located in Dankotuwa, I sent WhatsApp messages according to their information and from the other side, there were familiar replies too. I could pay from cash on delivery as the payment method. Confirmed the order, waited until it comes, but there was a message from them as ' go to the post office and check for your parcel if it didn't receive in 3 days '. 3 days passed and still, there wasn't the parcel.

On the 4th day, we went somewhere and on the way back I thought to go to the post office. There was a renovation in the post office and we thought it's closed.

Some days passed and finally, I got the parcel from the postman to the home. I had to give money to the postman. I had to pay 1300 LKR including delivery chargers of 300LKR. Actually, I like the images of animals. Lion, Tiger, Horse, Giraffe, and Elephant are at the top of the list. What I ordered was the image of a tiger who is lying on a branch of a tree.

It amazed me at first sight. Also used for the experiment. When it came I was really very happy. My room was painted recently and I was really nervous about the feeling of that what will happen when pasting the sticker on the wall. It was a little bit crushed, the corners of the sticker, and lost the hope for some far. But after sticking it I lost the last hope too.

Since it's a little bit crushed it didn't stick out tightly on the wall. It started to be removed from the corners and after a while, it was almost unstuck. I removed the whole sticker and it remained some patches on the wall, fortunately, anyone can't see the patches of the wall easily.

I got the same little sticker of the large sticker and I pasted it on the floor before sticking out the large one on the wall. So according to that, I got the idea of pasting both on the floor. I thought of an area and I felt it's nice to paste in near me, at the side where I get off from the bed.

Now I can see him even when I'm going to sleep. My little sister is the one who takes care of his food. That means almost every time she comes, used to ask ' did u eat? did u drink water? ' likewise. And also when I want to do my work I tell her to go and ask questions from the tiger, to distract her.😊
