During past days I experienced some effects of lacking the habbit of drinking enough water daily. So thought to share about it here. Water is essential for life. Our bodies are made up of about 60% water, and we need it for almost every function in our body. Drinking enough water daily is very important for our overall health.

One of the main roles of water is to keep us hydrated. When we are properly hydrated, our body can work better. Water helps regulate body temperature,supports digestion and keeps your skin healthy. It also helps carry nutrients to your cells and removes waste.

Personally I have experienced more when it comes to my skin. It's being dried as I always forget to drink enough water. Drinking enough water has a big impact on our skin. It helps keep our skin looking healthy and glowing. When we are dehydrated, our skin can become dry and dull.

Another important reason to drink water is to avoid dehydration. Dehydration may leads to headaches, dizziness, and trouble focusing. The amount of water needed can be different depending on age, activity level, and climate. No matter what, we should gain an enough water intake daily as it's a major in functioning the body properly.

You can keep a water bottle for yourself, which you would fill every morning and finish during the day. This post is a reminder for you to drink enough water daily to make it easy for your body.
