Tried making Garilc bread at home

Hello my dear fellow steemians! I'm here after a quiet long time 🙊🙊. Several new things happened in past few months and I'll be sharing everything soon. Today I'm writing about one of my favourite munch and here we go... Whenever I get a free time I used to prepare / experiment making foods I prefer. Garlic bread is one of my favourite I can't get rid of it 🤤. I tried garlic bread for the first time at pizza hut. I bought a my box combo with cheesy garlic bread. That was soo delicious. It's more delicious with cheese on top. Also they serve two pieces of garlic bread with spaghetti. I wanted to try other garlic bread available on other shops. So I did tried a few

This little 6 pieces of cheese garlic bread from pizza hut now costs around 850 LKR 🙂. It's good when it's hot but when it's cold i kinda not like it.

How I made garlic bread is easy peasy. All you need is ,
Some slices of bread/ baguette (originally)
Butter/margarine
Chooped garlic
Cheese - if you are a cheese lover
Salt and pepper
Chooped parsley - optional as it's not often available on local market
Chopped Green chille / chopped onion (optional)

*First cut your bread into slices.
*Mix butter,chopped garlic,salt and pepper together and make a paste.
*Apply the paste on each slice.
*If available, put some cheese on top.
Bake/Grill for few minutes until crisp.

My version of garlic bread doesn't look like store brought ones, but it actually taste so good 😊👍.

Garlic bread goes so well with soups. Usually Garlic bread is served with spagatti as a side dish. Next time I'm going to try making garlic bread from scratch. I think it's gonna taste more delicious.
