Quick Saree shopping | 5% For SL Charity

Fewdays ago I went on a quick shopping plan because I want to prepare some sarees for my upcoming internship program. Wearing sarees is not easy and buying sarees also not easy. It's difficult to choose sarees because there's lots of versions available with different price ranges.

I prefer Handloom sarees and Bathik sarees but both are higher in price. Also when the quality increase the price gets high.

wedding sarees

I was looking for a handloom saree but these wedding sarees took my heart. These looks soo gorgeous and heavy. I had a look on these too.

This shop has good saree designs for a reasonable price. Overall to complete a saree with Jacket it will cost atleast 2000-2500 per saree. It depends on the material and design.

casual sarees

I had to select a saree soo quickly because it was already evening and I had lots of work to do.
So I selected a saree that catched my eyes. It was 1850/- rupees ~ 9 USD Quite good price.

I have already completed the saree and can't wait to wear it at my first day at school. I received Prince of wales college - Moratuwa as my internship school. It feels like a real challenge for me to start teaching at a boys school. Looking forward for many great things to happen 😊.

Girls never get satisfied on the amount of shoes and clothes they have. I think I'm also that type of a person but I don't like to pile up soo many clothes and shoes. I bought these pair of shoes which I thought will suits with my saree.

I bought these from DSI . It cost 1250 LKR ~ 6 USD. I think it's nice and matches with my sarees. Usually I buy shoes from DSI because their shoes don't worn out easily.

I returned home with my mother after the shopping session. I ended up buying lots of things which I didn't plan 😄😄. Also I realized life isn't getting easier with our government.
