Delicious Food Weekend
One of my favourite family outing experience is having food together. As I moved to Colombo I couldn't spend much time with my family. In Colombo I stay at one of my cousin's place. As there was an almsgiving in his place my brother and mother visited there and I was able to spend time with them. We spent time having food together for two days.
First place we visited is Shanghai Chinese restaurant and takeaway in panadura. This place is known for artificial flavour free food. I went there with my mother. We ordered chicken fried rice and a chicken soup.
I really like their crispy chicken. It was soo crunchy and delicious. Even without flavors it tasted so good. The next think I ordered is the chicken soup. It was mouthwatering and one of the best soup I tried from outside.
For chicken soup - 250 LKR
For chicken fried rice - 400 LKR
Service Charge - 70 LKR
Total - 720 LKR
On the next day we visited Onegalleface Mall and we were able to try new and tasty food items. We tried all these from one galleface food court.
We ordered
Chicken Milagu soup - A spicy south indian chicken soup
Singapore style soysauce chicken noodles with soup
Lime Juice
We ordered these foods from different stalls . The total bill was around 1800 rupees with service charge.
Finally I want to add this
Few months months earlier all srilankans were struggling with the Global pandemic COVID - 19. We were at a point of defeating Corona but due to the unfortunate of our nation now we are facing a way dangerous situation. It's the huge economic crisis created by the most couroupted government in srilanka history. The younger generation suffers more due to this , loosing there dreams. Some may used to have some food and go on an outing with their family or friends at weekends but this is not a time where we can freely enjoy anything. This struggle is real . Can't do the job properly due to fuel charges and Electricity failures. Everyday essentials prices get increases.The young generation have the power to overcome this huge problem and they are already showing it . We can't let our future generation to suffer. We should show that they messed with the wrong generation

spend some time with family. chatting and joking from complementary food offerings. Gathering makes family ties stronger. always like this friend, happy with family

As I heard Talappakatti is a famous south Indian food place. I also want to visit their main restaurant. The soup was spicy and tangy. It was good
