Back To Colombo

After finishing my small vaccation I returned to Colombo on last Sunday. It's soo sad to leave home after a short vaccation 🥺. I took a direct bus to Panadura in the morning. My brother @chathux dropped me to the bus station 😌. I came to pandura around 12 . 30 p.m . I wanted to buy some books for my little nephews , So I visited the M.D Gunasena bookshop .

Visiting a big book shop gives me a feeling of entering a dreamland. There kids collection had number of famous books , specially in kids section I found lots of Sibil Weththasinghe's books . I really love her drawings since my childhood.

As my nephew's are 4 and 6 in age I choosed two story books and one coloring book. First I thought of giving them some sort of game, but already they have lots of games. So I bought them books. For all three books I spent 675 LKR ~ 2$.

I was soo tired after a long bus journey . So I needed to grab a coffee to have some energy. I bought a coffee and a fish pastry from The Fab. The pastry was soo tasty. For both coffee and Pastry I paid 240 LKR.

My Silly drawings

During night power cuts most of the time I stay with my nephews , playing some games or reading books. They were practicing drawing with the Ipad and I also tried to do some drawings 😄. Actually it's soo fun even though I'm a worse painter.

I have watched videos on ipad drawings and it seems interesting to learn. Even you don't have lots of skills this technology can turned you into a fine painter. I would also like to buy an Ipad for me to learn drawing. It's an expensive goal but I want to try it.
