TRABAJANDO EN EL DIA DE LAS MADRES/ WORKING ON MOTHER'S DAY [ESP/ENG]

Por dónde empezar, mi emprendimiento es de postres, ya anteriormente lo había mencionado, y es algo que me fascina mucho, me hace muy feliz preparar recetas, que a las demás personas les guste, y ganar mi propio dinero con eso, sinceramente trabajar haciendo lo que te gusta es increíble, pero no todo es color de rosa, hay momentos de incertidumbre, porque emprender un negocio requiere de mucha constancia y sobretodo disciplina, hay días buenos y hay días malos, he tenido días que realmente las ventas son muy escasas y sin mentira alguna es frustrante, como también hay días en los que los postres se agotan rápidamente. Es una montaña rusa de emociones, en la que debes saber que sin importar lo que pase tienes que mantener muy alta la fé, la confianza y el ánimo.

Where to start, my business is in desserts, I had already mentioned it before, and it is something that fascinates me a lot, it makes me very happy to prepare recipes, that other people like it, and earn my own money with it, sincerely work doing What you like is incredible, but not everything is rosy, there are moments of uncertainty, because starting a business requires a lot of perseverance and above all discipline, there are good days and there are bad days, I have had days when sales are really very scarce And without any lies it is frustrating, as there are also days when desserts sell out quickly. It is a roller coaster of emotions, in which you must know that no matter what happens you have to keep your faith, confidence and spirit very high.

Ayer fue uno de los días increíbles, pues había horneado unas tortas tres leches para vender este domingo día de las madres, pero adivinen cuál fue mi sorpresa, las tortas no llegaron al domingo, se agotaron el sábado en menos de 8 horas algo completamente impactante y sin mentira alguna, me llenó el corazón de emoción y felicidad, luego de haber vendido cada torta que había hecho, empezaron a llegar las respuestas de los clientes y esa es la parte que más nerviosa me pone, porque muchas veces se me olvida que ante todo tengo que estar segura de mi misma y confiar en lo que hago.

Yesterday was one of the incredible days, because I had baked some tres leches cakes to sell this Sunday Mother's Day, but guess what my surprise was, the cakes did not arrive on Sunday, they were sold out on Saturday in less than 8 hours something completely shocking And without any lie, it filled my heart with excitement and happiness, after having sold each cake I had made, the responses from the customers began to arrive and that is the part that makes me the most nervous, because many times I forget that above all I have to be sure of myself and trust what I do.

Al llegar la respuesta de los clientes mi nerviosismo fue reemplazado por felicidad, todos los comentarios eran positivos y con mensajes muy lindos y eso sin duda me lleno el alma de amor, luego otras personas me preguntaban si había disponibilidad de postres pero ya se habían agotado y muchos me preguntaban que cuando volvería a hacer y así fue como me enamore más de mi trabajo porque esa sensación no la cambiaría por nada del mundo, aunque fue un día agitado por las entregas puedo decir que el día de ayer fue maravilloso y quiero dar gracias por todo, estoy agradecida por cada cliente, por mi equipo de trabajo, por las personas que leen nuestros post y por todo en la vida, gracias por formar parte de nuestro mundo de emociones, gracias por leer nuestras publicaciones, es emocionante compartir lo que nos hace feliz con ustedes.

When the response from the clients arrived, my nervousness was replaced by happiness, all the comments were positive and with very nice messages and that undoubtedly filled my soul with love, then other people asked me if there was availability of desserts but they had already been sold out. and many asked me when I would do it again and that was how I fell more in love with my work because that feeling I would not change for anything in the world, although it was a busy day due to deliveries I can say that yesterday was wonderful and I want to give Thank you for everything, I am grateful for each client, for my work team, for the people who read our post and for everything in life, thank you for being part of our world of emotions, thank you for reading our publications, it is exciting to share what that makes us happy with you.

Por otro lado, nuestro emprendimiento de arreglos tambien tuvo un dia movido, elaboramos una caja hermosa en rose gold, llena de chocolates pequeños y un bello reloj para obsequiar en el dia de la madre, mi hermana y yo trabajamos en ella y el resultado nos encantó!

On the other hand, our arrangement venture also had a busy day, we made a beautiful box in rose gold, full of small chocolates and a beautiful watch to give away on Mother's Day, my sister and I worked on it and the result was charm!

Para tener disponible habia comprado una bolsa de 240 chocolates para vender, y obsequiar de vez en cuando jajaja, para mi sorpresa, ayer en la noche quede sin chocolates, algo impresionante, ahora debo comprar otra bolsa, también vendimos un total de 9 barras de chocolates y 6 paquetes de ferrero rocher. Una completa maravilla pues recuperamos nuestra inversión y tuvimos nuestra buena ganancia total.

To have available I had bought a bag of 240 chocolates to sell, and give away from time to time hahaha, to my surprise, last night I ran out of chocolates, something impressive, now I must buy another bag, we also sold a total of 9 bars of chocolates and 6 packages of ferrero rocher. Una vecina nos encargo 2 detalles pequeños a ultima hora, pero con gusto realizamos los pedidos.

A neighbor asked us for 2 small details at the last minute, but we gladly made the orders.

Tambien nos encargaron un pequeño topper junto a 3 tarjetitas a mano para colocar en una torta y en unas cajitas de cupcakes, tenia algo de miedo pues estoy aprendiendo a realiar cortes con una cuchilla, sin embargo, el resultado me pareció lindo, y le hice uno tambien a mi mami y 2 a mis abuelitas para sus respectivos detalles.

They also commissioned us a small topper along with 3 small cards by hand to place on a cake and in some cupcake boxes, I was a little scared because I am learning to make cuts with a blade, however, the result seemed nice, and I made it one also to my mom and 2 to my grandmothers for their respective details.

Estuvimos como hasta las 9:00 pm haciendo entregas, y vinimos cenando a las 9:30 pm, quedamos super cansadas, pero gracias a Dios, fue un gran dia que dió pie a un excelente dia de la madre, agradecemos infinitamente todas las bendiciones y oportunidades que recibimos, y les agradecemos a ustedes tambien por apoyar nuestro contenido, permitiendonos realizar las compras de insumos para nuestros negocios, gracias gracias.
