RE: IDLI: A Traditional and Healthy South Indian Food
Hi @memamun I'm really glad to know that you liked this dish.
To explain its taste, It has a delicate, slightly sour flavor from the fermenting process and a light, fluffy texture. They often have a little spongy texture and are steamed. Idlis typically have a mild flavor and aren't particularly tasty on their own, but they take on the flavors of the chutneys and sambar that are added to the dish and create a flavor that is well-balanced.
These are the things I know, and sorry my friend I can only tell you how idli tastes through words, hope you are satisfied with my reply.
If possible, will meet in the future and I'll treat you with our traditional food
Glad you gave me the details. And invited me. It will definitely be nice to see you in the future
