A Bad Day For Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal
Yesterday marked the Second rounds of group stage played in the Euro 2020. Group F was mainly the group that played most of the Saturday game, where we saw The defending champions of Euro Portugal lost to Germany be 4:2 and France playing out a 1:1 draw against Hungary.
The game between Portugal versus Germany was a very tough one between both side of the team.
Portugal quickly took the lead when their Captain Cristiano Ronaldo converted Diogo Jota's cross to a goal.
With the scoreline favoring Portugal, Germany press so hard, after few minutes of football played, Ruben Dias and R. Guerreiro was forced to score an own giving Germany the lead at halftime.
The second half began with Germany having a better side of the game with their Tiki Taka style of play, no to long when the Chelsea Champions league winner Kai Havertz extended their lead by converted Robin Gosens through ball making the scoreline 1:3.
The German did stop scoring as they further increased their lead to 1:4 thanks to Robin Gosens. Portugal was left with no hope as their talisman Cristiano Ronaldo shake his head and look up the sky.
After 63 minutes of football played Diogo Jota reduced the lead by pulling one goal back as he scores Cristiano Ronaldo cross, making the scoreline 2:4.
Portugal fought so hard to equal the scoreline but the German are too strong for such task to be done.
The game ended favoring the German side at the scoreline 2:4.
So far With the second game completed in group F Portugal stand in 3rd of the table below Germany and the world cup champions France. Only Hungary had failed to register any win in their Group, they only played out a 1:1 with France keeping them at the bottom of the table.

With the table like this France, Germany and Portugal all have the chance to qualify leaving Hungary with few hopes of qualifying.
Portugal next game will be on 23 of this month as the face another hard test when they will play against the world cup Champions France and Germany will play against the bottom team Hungary.
Portugal will be hoping to make things right at that time.
I hope Portugal and Cristiano Ronaldo will make it to the round of 16 stage. I wish Ronaldo the best of luck.

Portugal la tiene ahora difícil por que le toca la favorita Francia, espero que puedan aunque sea empatar para que pasen de ronda, me emocione mucho cuando Cristiano Ronaldo anoto el primer gol, pensé que iban a terminar ganando pero la Selección de alemania les dio un baile.
