Saturday

Manchester United the Red Devils welcomed Southampton to the Old Trafford.

A strike from Man U skipped Jadon Sancho in 21st minute (assist by Marcus Rashford) was cancelled by Che Adams 3 minutes into the second half in the 48th minute. The match closed in the 95th minute with a full time score of 1-1.
Cristiano Ronaldo failed to score in his 6th game running, his longest goal drought run.


Brentford welcomed the eagles Crystal Palace to the Brentford Community Stadium. The match was very intense with both sides trying to win the game.

Crystal palace however played the most possession of 57%. The match however ended in the goalless draw. Brentford’s Ethan Pinnock was voted man of the match.


Frank Lampard’s Everton United welcomed the whites to the Goodison Park. Coleman headed home for the blues in the 10th minute. Micheal Kean doubled the lead for the blues in the 23rd minute from an assist by Anthony Gordon.
Anthony Gordon sealed the victory for the blues in the 78th minute through an assist by Richarlison.

The match closed in the 93rd minute with a full time score of 3-0 in favor of Everton.


Watford welcomed the Seagulls (Brighton hove) to the Vicarage road. The visitors opened scoring on the stroke of halftime in the 44th minute by Maupay through an assist by their right back Tariq Lamptey.

A header from Brighton center back Webster in the 82nd minute sealed the victory for the seagulls. The match ended after 3 minutes of added time with a full time score of 2-0 in favor of the visitors.


Norwich welcomed the Sky blues Manchester City to Carrow road. Back from injury Raheem Strerling scored a Hat-trick through assist form Kyle walker, Ruben Dias and a tap in from a missed penalty. Phil Foden also scored in the 48th minute.
The match ended in the 92nd minute with a 4-0 win in favor of the league leaders.


Sunday

Burnley welcomed Liverpool to the Turf Moor arena. Fabinho opened scoring from the Reds with a nice shot past Burnley’s Nick Pope in the 20th minute.

Burnley however with their constant efforts could not get one past Allison. The match ended in a 1-0 win in favor of the Reds. Allison Becker was voted man of the match.


Newcastle, the magpies welcomed Aston Villa to the St James park. A nicely executed free-kick from Trippier in the 35th minute was enough to seal the victory for the Magpies. The match ended in a 1-0 victory for the home-side. Keran Trippier was voted man of the match.


Spurs welcomed Wolverhampton wanderers to the White hart lane. The visitors were quick to open scoring with a goal from Raul Giminez in the 6th minute. Wolves midfielder Dendonker doubled the lead in the 18th minute through a strike from a saved effort by Spurs goalkeeper Lloriss.

Spurs however had possession of the game but could not convert their chances. The match ended in the 94th minute with a full time score of 2-0 in favor of the visitors. Wolves goalkeeper SA was voted man of the match.


The final match of the weekend was between Leicester city and West Ham.

Leicester welcomed the Hammers to the King Power Stadium. This match seemed to be the most interesting fixture of the weekend as it entailed late drama.
The Hammers were quick to open scoring in the 10th minute by Right Winger Bowen. The fixed were quick to react at the nick of halftime through a penalty by Youri Tielesman.

Ricardo put the foxes ahead in the 57th minute through a header, assisted by Harvey Barnes.

There was 4 minutes injury time added.
There was late drama as Craig Dawson of the hammers headed home Bowen’s cross from a corner kick in the 91st minute.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw the 94th minute.

Jarrod Bowen of West Ham was voted Man of the Match.
