Everyone most have set goal for this Newyear what he or she want to achiev by the end of 2024. There are some that we rightly know is challenging if we don’t plan well we mights to achieve. There is a saying that failing to plan is preparing to fail already .I will sharing my thought’s focused question given.My plans what I will achieve this 2024, the challenges I have in some and how am preparing to overcome it .
There two thinks this here 2024 I have plan to achieve at the end of year which are ;
My first perioity for this year is to come a house owner, that is building a house of my own . I have been in rentage for 5years now since I got married . I have never enjoyed renting in people house my dream is have a house of my own and become a landlord to myself .I and my husband have been working for this so hard .Doing savings from our monthly salary and skills I do like pastries to save more money.
I think this is the right time now for us to achieve this project .We already have a good plots that we start to build a house on it soon this year . Building my own house will save me from rentage and exploitative of landlord I have come acrossed . It’s very common in my location landlords are very exploitative especially they notice you are financially stable. My memory lane of my former landlord was a good example of an exploitative landlord. The best thing after a serious thought is build my house.
Secondly, my second plan for this is rounding up with my master’s studies .Already am in for the postgraduate studies and am very sure by the the end of 2024. I will be rounding up with class work and my thesis. I have being working hard for this because I know it will upgrade my Cc and help me to acquire other job opportunities related to my speciality of field of studies .
There these are my major plans I have set this 2024 to achieve by the end of the year .I know with my determination and effort I will be accomplish by the end of the year .
I have a small challenge in building a house because the money is not enough to execute the project properly. Eventhough will continue with the project and see how will solve the lapses when our hands are tides .Also to achieve my postgraduate studies I need to be committed ,It has not been easy Iam a married woman with two kids . At times I have a lot of commitments which is challenging but not withstanding I have programmed myself Inorder to focus on my studies well.
Building a house for me is the most difficult to achieve amongst the two goals I have listed for 2024.It entails a lot money and earlier mentioned we still have some small lapses when it comes to finance . At times the extimated budget for building a house may get short along the project . This will not stop us from executing the project . We have been looking for alternatives ways to solve the lapses of finance involve .
I have come to the end of my presentation of what I love to achive for this 2024.I will called on @pandora2010 @josepha @anroja and @irawandedy to participate with their entries for this contest .
Wow.. this is lovely. I love the fact that you and your husband are working hand in hand to build your dream home. It’s really beautiful. A lot of women will see as the men’s responsibility alone especially in this part of Africa. In fact, I’m coming to marry from Cameroon…😊
Secondly, I want to commend you on your dedication to still pursue your msc despite having 2 children and the responsibility of been a wife. It’s not easy. I pray your heart desires are granted.

There is law that proves that is the man to to build the house .Everyone will live inthe house so it should be collective effectors .Wow getting married to Cameroonian girl you will really enjoy ✌️

I'm grateful you are hardworking despite the fact the money to build house is much your motivation and positive vibes is what I appreciate the most.
Well, we started small despite the fact that there was no money even to complete it but seeing that we started building motivated us to push harder till we succeed in building our own house, it didn't take us even 3 years to complete it, we packed in within a year and stayed there to complete the whole thing till painting. So you can actually succeed if you start somewhere, maybe from buying cement or sand or even a land 🤷
Start somewhere and you will succeed
Success is your name till you achieve your desires.
Thank you so much friend for reading through my post and giving some advice how we can go about building a house . Yes we already have plot we bought two years ago .Yes of course we start from the income we have save we start buying materials and see how we can start with foundation as soon as possible .Then start building a house .
In my country Cameroon especially my location landlords have become very exploitative extorting money from tenants .Especially when they find out that you are financially stable .You see yourself spending most of your monthly income on rentage .After a serious thoughts building my own house is the best thing to avoid frequent exploitation.

sounds interesting. The challenge of building a house is something everyone dreams of. owning a house doesn't have to pay rent, paying house rent, sometimes it can become savings to build a house, where you are tired of collecting it together with your husband for the good of your two children. . but with that busyness you can also make time to complete your studies well. it will work if you have completed your studies for a career in the future.
