Name your 2 big desires that you will achieve or improve in 2024 and state the reasons for each.

I have just seen this competition today, but to be honest, on the last night of the year 2023, at 12 o'clock, I had made a list of my tasks to do in the next year, and there are very special reasons for fulfilling two of these wishes.

As I told that in 2024, I have to complete two of my stalled projects which I have been postponing for a long time. The first task I have to do is to get the house tax of my house transferred in my name. In our country, in the metropolitan cities, there is an office called Municipal Corporation. It takes a lot of time to get any work done here. It takes me a lot of time to do this work.

My second wish is that I have booked a new 3 BHK flat in a multi-story building, after making the full payment, I must get it registered in my name, there has been a slight delay in making the payment, which must be completed within this year.

Also mention your challenges or difficulties in achieving these two things, and how do you solve it

To complete this first task, I will have to run a lot and may have to fulfill some of the illegitimate demands of the Municipal Corporation office staff. Actually, their rules and formalities are very many, and it is not within the power of any common man to fulfill them all. Taking advantage of this, they have appointed their agents who get these works done and collect their fees. A lot of time and money is spent in paperwork.

The second task is a little easier but for this I will have to arrange a lot of money, but first I know what I have to do.

Among the 2 desires, which one is the most difficult for you to achieve? State your reasons.

If I tell the truth, the only other thing I have to do is to arrange money, for which I have already made up my mind, I will arrange the money by selling some of my funds, stocks, fixed deposits, and gold, which I am planning to do right now. Was saved for.
Whereas in the first job I have to be ready to face a lot of problems and mental anguish, actually I had bought this house from a relative of mine and all my documents got damaged due to a flood. The papers were very old and seriously damaged and I would have to spend a lot of time getting duplicate copies of them.

Copies of these original sale forms have also been given to the Municipal Corporation office. But I feel that when I have taken my decision then no obstacle will be able to stop me from getting any work done. And I have already started pressing towards doing these things and I am confident that I will fulfill both my desires within 1-2 months.
