you can use german and english.

From my point of view it is no problem to use both language. If I am writing about sciences and medical contend I am using german. Feel free to translate it for example with a google tool or website translator. Of cource the member are even posting english content.

So with sight on a global pandemic I think each kind of valuable information is good - non regarding if it is present in an english version or german version.
