I watched "3 Idiots" recently which also stars Aamir Khan. I much preferred this one.
I'm slowly trying to buy and watch every movie in the Top 100 / 250 (and rank them as I watch them). It's a good challenge as the list is constantly changing. It's a great way of nearly guaranteeing you're watching a quality film - although a few of them haven't been to my liking.

I found that 31 users out of 80 nomination posts have nominated themselves (yes, I counted them all 😴)

31, actually 33 - I only wrote 28, probably because I only took an hour to skim through all the posts and didn't keep a list. No matter which result is correct, they are all pretty awful!
Yeah, for example. But my favourite was the one with three no-name-0.0 votes and one booming vote (so 4 votes in total...). One of the nominees was the user whose posts this no-name account liked to resteem. I wonder if he also suggested the booming vote? That can't have happened, can it????
One user was really good (because he was very honest): He said that in order to nominate a Lerner, he would have had to read the learner articles. He hadn't done that, so he could only nominate himself. Logical! And honestly... :-))
I also liked the post in which only one user was nominated: Our sainted Kelvin. Shortly after, well...
And the one (the last one) you forgot to count was very tricky: he didn't mention his own nickname with @, but he did mention the two users who supposedly advised him to name himself. This self-nomination can only be recognised by the fact that he made himself a crown with a crochet doily... ;-)

Some of these people probably need revisiting. I saw that our Saint had been nominated too. As had other scammy scum bags. One of the people who received a lot of nominations for best learner was recently caught using AI to generate comments. I told him that this was a good learning opportunity for him and advised the Steemit Team against giving him an award. I wonder when they'll announce the winners. Despite receiving no nominations, I think I've got a good chance of winning the Best Teacher award. I've taught lots of people a lesson. You have too. You're a good teacher.

Are you counting communities?
And what about if they have powered down, left and then come back again?
Is left defined as not actively posting in the past month?
Not including communities - only users.
I’ve not checked to see if any powered down and returned.
Powered Down and left. Some appear to be inactive but not powered down.
There are a lot of variables in this one.
And tracking all powerdowns, partial and full, is more difficult.
The definition of active / non-active has nuances as well - posting, commenting, voting, delegating etc.
I'll cancel the question and be more careful in future!
As Pennsif correctly pointed out, there are many variables to this question, but this is my understanding of it.
Initial winners: that's 2020 winners, we have 10 of them.
So, only 02 users haven't Powered Down & still active (posting) from the initial winners.
Looks like I’ll have to bin off this question 😐
