Beatiful and mysterious moth

This is one of the craziest moths I have ever seen, the complexity of her form is oustanding and her colour palette with those white spots resembling eyes is so curious.

I took this photos in Mérida, Venezuela, in May when the monsoon season starts, moths start to appear everywhere in the city and you can see them in all sizes and forms.

I remember as a child going to school, entering the classroom turning the lights on and see the walls covered by hunders of diferent kinds of moths, really cool memory for me and scary for some of my classmates because they, for some reason, hated the one's called Black Witch moth, yeah I know they are big, but they are harmless, and with the light on the right angle you can see there magnificent range of colors, so tell me, you guys like Black Witch moths or they scare you?
