IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT - The Hive Blockchain / March 20th - Amazing Nature Community Migrates
Hello Nature Lovers and Members of the Amazing Nature Community !
I am publishing this post to all of you as there are IMPORTANT NEWS out there that will affect the whole Blockchain, our great Steem Community which we all fell in love with, and thus also everyone of you in the Amazing Nature Community forever. I am well aware that the events in the Steemisphere regarding the HOSTILE TAKEOVER of the Steem Blockchain BY JUSTIN SUN were very confusing, if not kind of frightening to many of us. HE CENSORED MANY POSTS that spread a word against his politics and worse, he blocked several accounts and STOLE FUNDS WORTH 6 MILLION $ from them, which were legally bought or earned through posting and curating. But thanks to all of you out there, all of you who stood up as a united community, we were able to prevent our Blockhain from being taken from us. We were able to demonstrate not only to those guys, but also the whole world that we were standing together and that no one out there can take this great community from us and rip us of our freedom. I am actually so damn proud to be part of such an amazing family that is bound together by far more then the idea of cryptocurrency, but instead bound together by the love into the whole community that is the basis behind it. But I have to quit talking about this now or I will get to emotional ^^ .. So lets get to the news instead. From 10am EST, Friday, March 20th, there will be a Sister-chain available that we can all migrate to to leave Justin sitting on the old chain, but without us, without the community, the community that creates all the worth of what the Blockchain actually is. There will be no censorship and no possibility that your funds will be stolen by Justin.

First of all, DON'T PANIC. The TRANSITION to the new chain WILL BE EXTREMELY SMOOTH. You will not even notice that something is different by switching into it. Everything stays the same, but the name, which will be Hive from that day on and not Steem. If you want to know more, or participate, or get your voice heard, as this is your right in a decentralized blockchain ..

What is Hive and why was it created?
This Hive is an community-driven fork with the aim to support and build on the strong Steem community values that have made the ecosystem so diverse and exciting. This new direction steps away from the burden of the Steemit Inc. ninja-mined stake, which has impacted the long term ability to work towards further development and decentralization for years. Thereby Hive runs completely independently from the existing chain. But the initial Hive launch will be a direct copy of existing blockchain with a few small upgrades, which allow us to get back to community discussion on the direction for future development, needed changes, and most wanted chain-level features. Currently over 30 experienced developers are contributing to the new ecosystem, alongside many committed community members working on multiple aspects of Hive. Hive will remain open source, and open to everyone who wants to contribute to the future development of the blockchain.
When will Hive launch and what will happen?
The Hive blockchain launch will be at 10am EST, Friday, March 20th. All existing Steem accounts will appear on the Hive Network as well. You will have two accounts: the current one on the Steem, and a new Hive account, which will be pre-populated with all of your current Steem content and information. The HISTORY OF BOTH ACCOUNTS WILL BE THE SAME, but from that day, both accounts will be independent from one another. Actions you take on one network will not be reflected on the other. This means that FUTURE CONTENT AND TRANSACTIONS WILL BELONG TO WHICHEVER ACCOUNT YOU USE. If you post on Hive, it will not show up on Steem, and vice versa. The two chains will be completely independent of one another after launch.
Steemians will receive an Airdrop in the Hive Blockchain!
All valid STEEM stakeholders will receive a perfectly mirrored balance of their current STEEM holdings in the new HIVE coin. This will include matching amounts of current liquid STEEM, Steem Power, and SBD. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO CLAIM ANYTHING! Simply log in with your existing Steem account details and you will have your new HIVE coins in your wallet and be able to start using the blockchain.
For example: if your Steem account has 10 STEEM, 5 SBD, and 1000 SP, your new Hive account will have 10 HIVE, 5 HBD, and 1000 HP.
The only accounts who will not be included in the initial airdrop are those containing the Steemit Inc ninja-mined stake, and those who actively contributed to (and publicly declared support for) the centralization of the Steem Blockchain.
How do I access my Hive account to post content and send Hive coins?
You can access your Hive account by simply logging in on the Hive Network using your existing Steem account keys. The first frontend available will be https://hive.blog. This is currently pointed at the Steem blockchain, but will be switched to Hive at launch time. Other popular interfaces are completing the switch over to Hive or finishing new products, and will be announcing when they are ready to use!

After all the Amazing Nature community is dedicated to all you Nature Lovers out there, no matter if Zoology, Botany, Landscapes, Philosophy and also NO MATTER WHICH CHAIN. I will not let you alone there until he blogs my account here and removes my funds to his purse too ^^
.. But .. I will be solely dedicated to new new chain as I highly disagree with Justin Suns vision to own us all and rip us of our freedom and independence and to block us from introducing our own ideas and projects. He was censoring posts already that he did not like, which is a real no go, and worst of all, he disabled several accounts that spread a single negative word against him and stole Steem worth of 6 Million $ from those people, also they legally bought or earned it, which is a clear case of theft. As I disagree with censorship and also disagree with stealing funds from members, I will relocated all I have into the new Hive-chain. On one hand this includes THE WHOLE AMAZING NATURE CONTEST which you all love so much. I will run it on the Hive but not on Steem anymore. On the other hand this includes the AUTO-VOTER FOR NATURE BLOGGERS. Unfortunately I will have to do this, as I do not want any funds in here that he can steel from me in a blink of an eye.

So you mean Hive is the new Steemit from the fork? Is this what @blocktrades was talking about? Or is it different?

Basicly yes @artgirl, this is what blocktrades mentioned a few days ago. The idea if Hive is going live this week. There will be two blockchains then which are exactly the same at this point but will develop in different direction.
The Hive will be the new one, decentralized, where everything is managed in the old spirit of Steem. People can develop there freely, implement new apps and can be free to choose in which direction it evolves. Actually most of the developers will be there from the day it starts or already work together with the hive hand in hand. Blocktrades will be the exchange supporting the new hive-coin too. Their will be no censorship and no one will own your account, you are responsible for yourself and the community is responsible for the community and its development.
The Steem will be what is left behind. It will be owned by Justin Steem and be centralized. This guy is actually not interested in the community, but the money and wants to implement the blockchain into Tron. So basically it goes to China. I do not know what will happen with that chain as most trustworthy and engaged developers will be not there but in Hive, but this guy can do with it whatever he wants as he is the King of it.
You will have access on both chains and are free to decide what you do on both chains. They will be Sister-chains. One centralized, Steem, owned and ruled by Justin and one dezentralised, Hive, Owned by no one but the community and its members. Post will be seperate, account transactions will be different, and the coin will be different too. But it starts on Friday at exactly the same level.

I am rather excited to start using the Hive. Questions..., I don't know yet. You explained well how the transfer shall be made. But more importantly we will be again strong community.
In my opinion we will be even stronger @nelinoeva .. I absolutely believe it.
This whole situation showed hard united we all are and that we all care more about the community than anything else .. In addition we learned a lot about our mistakes and there will be more transparency, communication and information for all of us in the future. People will be more eager to engage in all community affairs now that they learned that their vote is as important as any other vote in the chain.
And as nearly everybody that I know, that I consider part of my big family is migrating there it is just like moving to another house. We will put some fresh paint on the wall, create a new house-holding plan, and best of all, the rats and spiders in the cellar will be left behind, haha .. Everyone learned so much about witnesses, developers, communities and more in the last few weeks. Those experiences will makes us stronger then ever !
I am super optimistic and are so glad we took on that fight !

Actually its as easy like that @sandymeyer .. On the day Hive goes online your coins will be snapshoted:
Example: If your Steem account has 10 STEEM, 5 SBD, and 1000 SP, your new Hive account will have 10 HIVE, 5 HBD, and 1000 HP.
So just wait until Friday and leave everything in your Steem Wallet ^^ .. Then just log into hive (exactly the same keys) and you can start there ;) .. After that you are free to decide what to do with your SP, Steem and SBD. But I would advise you to wait until Friday and the Snapshot. They are trying really hard to make this all as smooth as possible for the community. Only ones that will get nothing on the new chain are Justin and his supporters. They will be just ignored, hahaha

Now that I hear that Justin even start to censor several posts mentioning the Hive and the new chain I am more sure then ever that we need to leave here as fast as possible. But We will survive and will be reborn stronger than ever. We are the community. He will never understand the power behind that love. Poor money god driven boy. I'm using the esteem app, I'm already on the hive? Because when a try to login in the hive site, one of the options is Esteem and that redirect me to my phone app where in already logged in...
You already have an account on the Hive @mauriciozoch ! Actually you just have to log into it and then you can get going .. It will show everything you ever did on steem until the last Saturday. Since that day they are separate .. Unfortunately I do not use esteem, and never did use it in my life .. I always used "steempeak", and now on hive its their corresponding frontend "peakd" .. You can try to log into hive via the regular frontend from the "hive.blog" site, or maybe the "peakd" site and try if you can get in from there .. I am sorry, cant help you with esteem.
