Today I am here today for participating in the contest of 📣SFS Contest | Week 20 |Drawing Contest | Draw An Apricot. organized by @hive-126193. Today our drawing topic is an Apricot. Apricot is a kind of small orange fruit which has a sweet and sour flavor. It attracts for its vibrant orangey velvety skin. Apricot fruit is full with vitamins like vitamins A, C, minerals and full of fibers. To improve our digestion, boost our human immune system, maintain a healthy weight, and as well as improve our skin health it play an important role. As fresh, dried, or in time of cooking and baking this fruit is being used in various forms.

First I draw a half-cuted apricot fruit shape. Draw a thin layer of skin shape. On the inner side draw a middle size seed in it and draw some lines on the flesh of the sweet tangy fruit. On the left side, I drew another apricot fruit a little bigger than the other one. Upon this fruit draw a leave on the left side.

In the second step, I started coloring my drawing. First I colored the half-cut apricot fruit on the right side. I colored the outer thin skin of the fruit with orange color and the inner flesh with yellow color. Then I colored the seed in the middle with brown color and also colored the lines on the inner side of the apricot. After that, I make some light small dots on the outer skin to make it more realistic. Here I colored the left one apricot with orange color and the stalk with brown colour.

In this third step, I colored the leaves on the left side with a green color and the edges of the leaves with dark green color and finished my drawing.

In the end step, with the blue color pen in the middle of the drawing of the apricot, I wrote the contest name and my user name. I also took a selfie with my drawing of the apricot fruits.
