The Debate (no.50); MALE or FEMALE; Who has an easier life?

Friends how are you going on?? Hope everyone is well and doing great in their life. I am also well by being with this nice platform. Today I am here to participate in the "Debate contest: Male or female who has an easier life?" Many thanks to dear @sahmie sir for organizing this interesting contest for us.
There are many factors that determine the condition of our life. Actually easier life does not depend on whether you are male or female. There are many other cases to review for making this decision. But we can discuss this matter in a general sense. From the perspective of our and neighbour countries life of a female is much harder than a male. Let's discuss on this point by answering the given questions.
- Yes men and women face different challenges in their daily lives. Usually men have to take the financial responsibility of a family. They must fulfill different needs of their family members. Sometimes they feel much pressure due to overloaded expenses of family while income is just a fixed amount. Sometimes a man cannot spend quality time with his children and family because of his busy working schedule.
- Women face many challenges in their life journey. Some families don't like to bear much expenses for a girl because they think a girl ultimately will go to another house by marriage. So they try to reduce the costs of girls' education. But many families are not like this. Girls often are pressurized for marriage in early ages or before finishing their degrees or getting a job. It's a big mental challenge for a girl.
- A married woman has to maintain all the household works and take care of all family members. Most of the time she cannot properly care herself due to her busy schedule. She has to cook recepies according to the choices of her children, husband and other members. The challenges are much more while she is a working woman. It becomes so difficult for her to maintain the family nicely after hardworking in the job.
- In most cases men have more freedom in their choices compared to women. As men provide financial support of a family they sometime like to dominate over family members. They usually take big decisions of the family and don't care of others opposite opinions. They have freedom of eating favourite items, traveling wherever they like, taking rest any time etc. They usually don't take household pressures.
- On the other hand women cannot express themselves many times. Sometimes women are scared of the temper of their partner. So they accept the decisions of their husband silently. Again a woman does all the household responsibilities but her works are not evaluated properly in our society. Some men think household responsibilities are so easy and women comfort full day in the house. Actually hardworks and compromises of women are underestimated in our society. Before thinking about herself she always think about family members' choices during cooking. Sometimes she feels sick and weak but cannot deny her responsibilities. A woman cannot travel anywhere at anytime or she rarely travel while her family take such decision. A woman cannot travel solo and at night as women are not safe in this sick society.
- Yes there are some areas where women have advantage over men. In our country there are good number of seats for female in many government jobs. Many female candidates get chance in their desired jobs in spite of carrying less marks than many male candidates.
- While women don't get seat in local buses men leave their seat and respectfully request the women to take the seat. It's a common scene that I often see in Bangladesh. And there are some reserved seats where only women can sit.
- I think women can develop their children as a moral, ethical and honest person. A child is more influenced by a mother than father as she/he spend most of the time with mother. So here women have advantage to build their children's good mentality.
- Both man and woman should fulfill their duties. They should love their responsibilities so that they don't take their duties as pressure. Life is not easy without coordination and oriented work schedule. So man and woman should maintain their responsibilities nicely and help each other in all the possible ways. They should make a good understanding between them. One should realise another's problems and should share works in certain situations to move on the family properly.

- After being exhausted by outside works man cannot do household works normally. A woman also may not get enough time to work outside. But they have to compromise in different situations and do more works with patience.
I think men has an easier life. They are not pressurized for marriage before being established in life. In contrast a girl face this problem very often in our society. Men can go outside at any time; sometimes without anyone's permission. But women don't have this freedom. As men usually fathered the family they can fulfill their wishes easily where many women cannot do this. Even a wife cannot visit her family and relatives without her husband's permission. From my point of view, women should be well educated so that they can be self-dependent whenever they want. Life of man and woman is easier when they give up dominating character and respect each other.
