The debate about talent and hardwork is big one.Some people think that being naturally talented is the most essential thing that matters for success while some people believe that hardwork is a thing that gave us step to reach out the goal of success.They think hardwork is a real key.But when we look closely to the topic we see that both talent and hardwork are important though hardwork often makes the biggest difference.

Talent is a thing that is god gifted people are mostly born with talent. People believe that it sets many people apart from everyone else.It is true that some people have natural skills that give them edge that talent is not enough to get success.

Hardwork is something that everyone can do. You don't need special gifts or lucks it just need hard work and the efforts you put to achieve something. Even. When things are getting tough hardwork is the key of your success.

Many people never reach their potential because they don't put efforts in anything.Some people rely to much on their natural abilities and did not even try to get closer to their goals so in the case people lose the effectiveness of their luck. Talent without effort is like having a nice car but never bothering to learn how to drive it will not get you very far.

• Talent with Hardwork:

Talent can be brought to its full potential with the help of hard work. People can polish their innate qualities and becomeb extremely skilled a t what they do by putting in the effort on a regular basis and pushing through obstacles. As Thomas Edison famously stated, "Success is mostly about working hard, not just being. born talented."

• Grit and Bouncing Back:

Besides hard work having grit and resilience is important. Grit means sticking with something even when it is tough and resilience means bouncing back from failures. These qualities help people keep going learning from mistakes and come back stronger than before.

One big advantage of hard work is that it adds up over time. While talent might give a quick boost it is consistent effort that leads to real success. This idea of practice makes perfect says that by practicing a lot and always trying to get better people are able to become experts in their field.

In the talent vs Hard work Debate both sides have point but it is concluded that just talent can do nothing until the hardwork is not putted in it. So mixture of both lead to the successful life. Remember success comes from effort, not just from being born with special skills.
