Meeting with steemian friend|@saku49539

Hello friends. Greetings to all steemian from Sri Lanka. Today I am going to participate the contest which known as Contest| Meeting with steemian friend organized by @drhira. I would like to thank her for this beautiful contest. This is a one of great contest of Steem Fashion &Style community. Meeting friends is a very happy occasion for us. When we meet friends, we have a lot to talk about. We do a lot with them. But when we meet a Steemian friend, we get a lot of new things to talk about. I also met my steemian friend. I am going to talk about that occasion.

I have many friends on the Steemit platform. They are different nationalities in my country as well as in different countries. Today I am going to tell about one of my Steemian friends I met in Sri Lanka. His name is Nipuna Sudaraka. His Steemit username is @sudaraka96. There is another special thing about him. I also introduced Steemit to him. I taught him all the things he didn't know about Steemit. He has not been able to be active in Steemit with the busyness of the past few days. So We had a lot to talk about it.

How I met my steemian friend

First of all, I want to say that I am not currently in my own home. Due to work, I have to stay in an accommodation close to the place of work. We've both talked a lot on the phone before about Steemit and our personal stuff. Most of those times I tell him to come to my place. I have also been to his house many times. So he accepted my invitation and came to my place one day. It was around six in the evening when he came. He came on his way home from work. That day he stayed at my place till night. We talked a lot. It was a very happy day.

How I spent time with my steemian friend

First we talked about our personal life. And I did not forget to ask about his family. Then we both started talking about Steemit. Also talked about cryptocurrencies. He could have learned more about Steem from me. So I taught him about all that. And I encouraged him to stay with Steemit. We discussed things about Steemit for over an hour. Like me, he is also a beginner to the steemit platform. So we had a lot to talk about. The main problem for him was related to the club status. I gave him the facts I knew about it and some articles related to it. That conversation is very interesting.

The conversation lasted for about an hour. Then I invited him to dinner. He didn't like it at first. He didn't want to bother me. But on my insistence he had to agree to it. Since he said he was coming, I had already ordered food for him. That meal consisted of rice and several other curries. We talked a lot when we ate. There were also funny stories. So that meal was very tasty. When you stay away from home and stay in a separate accommodation, you have to buy food alone. There is no one to talk to. So it's a great pleasure to have a friend like this for even one meal.

We are used to playing Carrom even if I go to his house or he comes to my place. So, as usual, after dinner, we played Carrom. We played three rounds of Carrom. I lost all three times. Because he is better than me in carrom. Anyway, by the time I finished playing Carrom, it was around 10 pm. So when he left it was past 10 pm. That's how the time passed that day.
