A New Monday

Monday is here again, is another new week to break records my friends, I really want to work and study harder this weak. I will be participating in this contest for the first time and I have a memorable story to talk about. This contest is very amazing and stress-free. I enjoy participating in contests that have to do with telling stories because I was or should I say am still a writer. Special thanks to @ashkhan for organizing this contest.

Picking up my exam uniform

Some of you already know that I rewrote WAEC (West African Examination Council) this year after I failed chemistry few years ago. I spent alot of money for registration because it was really expensive and I also bought a uniform for the exam answer as few writing materials but I refused to spend money for transportation to school each day I have an exam, I was always trekking to school even when I fell sick, I was just walking very slow on the road that time I was sick.

I didn't have enough money because it got finished by 90% and the school isn't too far, is very far anyway and i was stressing myself too much but is not too far, I don't know how to explain this 😂, pardon me please. My point is that it will look far for you but not for me, I always walk fast on the road. Trekking sucks alot but I have no choice, yesterday I trekked a very long distance as well.

I want to talk about the day I went to take my uniform, I refused to write in the school I wrote the first exam I failed one subject few years ago because is shameful for them to see me rewriting the exam. I wrote in the school my younger sister wrote hers last year and she passed with flying colors. On the day we went to take our uniform for this year examination, my friend and I went to school early that day and attended lesson first then after the lesson ended we ended to the main school building.

The building is very big and beautiful, each time I see it I always admire it. It was quite noisy that moment as alot of classes had lessons that moment. There was a woman in charge and a man who was assisting her, she told the man to call out the names of those paying for the uniform so that she won't give to candidates who aren't qualified.

The dress code for the candidates of that school is Green polo from school and Black trouser (boys)/ Skirt (girls). Every candidate must buy the green polo the school has provided, they always change the color every year, it was red few years ago, yellow the year my sister wrote, green this year. For those who don't know, I wrote the exam during May and June this year and the results came out last year.

I didn't fail this time around. I have another exam this month. Our uniform were shared that day which was April, this picture was taken in the month of April. I was very determined to ensure that I successfully pass the exam even when I was depressed that period. That exam period was a very huge moment of my life which is a huge story for me to tell.
