Have you ever had any memorable experiences, positive or negative, while shopping online or in-store?

I always use the in-store method of shopping. It is very rare that a product is not available in the market so I choose online shopping for that product. Once my fiend bought a new smart watch from Daraz the online shopping platform. I also liked it vey much so I decided to buy the same kind of watch from same platform. I also ordered a smart watch , they gave me the time for 5 days to be delivered. after 5 days, I got the same watch. But when I opened it after coming at home, It was a dead watch. I tried very much to plug in it's charger, but all in vain . I claimed it and asked them to exchange the watch after a long procedure I received another watch of same type. At this time I opened the watch on the spot and checked it. It was running so I brought it with me. But, after once the charging ended, the watch become dead again. This time I bear my loss and promised myself not to buy anything by online shopping further more.
