Friends, you all are very welcome to my recipe post today. I hope you all are well and happy in your life. Today I am proud to participate in this beautiful competition. The subject of which competition is very interesting. I liked this topic very much. Today I am sharing my cooking skills in this competition. I am very fond of cooking, hence I like the topic of cooking in this competition. Would like to thank @pea07 for organizing this competition.

We get to learn a lot from this and we can progress a lot through our art. Today I am sharing with you the recipe of how to make egg curry. I hope you like my recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING EGG CURRY RECIPE

Green Corianderas needed

First of all, we have to take eggs to make egg curry. I have taken five eggs here. You can take eggs as per your choice. We have to boil eggs, so we have to put hot water in a vessel. After the water is hot, we have to put the eggs in the water and let it boil well.

Now we have to take onion, green chili and tomato. Which we have to cut. We have to grind this ingredient in a mixer and make a puree. Which we will use to make egg curry.

Now we have to put it in a container. After the oil is hot, we have to add cumin seeds. After this, we also have to add ginger-garlic paste. Let it be for a while. After that, add the puree we have prepared and let it cook well so that the rawness goes away.

Now we have to add a cup of water to it so that the spices do not burn and we have to make egg curry, hence it is necessary to add water. After the water boils well, we have to cut the eggs in the middle and add them. We have to use green coriander for decoration.

Curry eggs!!!
You brought back so many memories. My mom use to make curry eggs for us when we were little. It was our favorite!
The only thing she didn't put in was chilly. (•ิ‿•ิ)

My mom is now 86 and she is no longer able to make us curry eggs.

In our place, people hardly live till 65 and it is very good that your mother is 86 years old.
