Lifestyle Diary Game (06/11/2024) - A story of Eonderful day.
Hello Everyone
This is @max-pro from, #Bangladesh
Assalamualaikum friends, wishing you all good health, hope you are all well. Wednesday morning was very cold. So I performed ablution and went to the mosque and prayed. After prayer, I jogged as usual. Then I came home and freshened up and spent some time on Steemit. Soon the sun rose. So I went to my uncle's house and looked at the gap of the palm tree and saw the cloudy sky. It was beautiful to see.
On such a morning, seeing the cloudy sky through the gaps of the palm trees seems like a charming touch of nature. The drifting of those clouds and the swaying of the leaves in the gentle breeze create a calm, quiet beauty. What happens if such a scene is not captured in photography!
After breakfast and rest, I left for Sakhipur. Because today I will go to my coaching and prepare to start skill test. Currently morning to mid-afternoon time in Bangladesh is fairly cool and comfortable especially with the arrival of winter.
Early in the day there is light fog or dew which clears with time. But most days there are light clouds or golden sun in the sky which creates a soft and gentle light in the morning. Mornings bring a chilly feeling especially in the northern and rural areas due to the increasing influence of winter. However, in such weather we spend till noon in coaching. Then I came out and took a selfie.
I spent some time like this. After that I went to my friends house and spent some time and from there I will return home so I came to Sakhipur bus stand. On reaching there I stopped because I saw many armies there. It is currently in charge of Bangladesh Army traffic control. Strict action is being taken against people who violate traffic.
Bangladesh Army is currently playing an active role in traffic control in Tangail, Sakhipur town. The army is communicating regularly from various camps to resolve traffic congestion locally. Along with the ongoing road renovation, their activities are helping a lot in traffic management.
Still there are some bad people who don't want to follow the traffic laws so strict action is being taken for them. About 100 of us were standing there. So we saw people who were willingly defying traffic being beaten or punished face to face with sticks. I took pictures and video of that moment.
There were autorickshaws, CNG, vans and bikes. Important advice was being given to bikers who did not have helmets and several measures were being taken against those who did not have vehicle licences. Then I came to know that the Bangladesh Army is conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of the common people in various areas including Sakhipur of Tangail district.
In these patrols, the army personnel are visiting various important places of the city in their own vehicles and assisting the local administration and police if necessary. They are maintaining security and order through their patrolling activities which are instrumental in creating a safe environment for the citizens of the city.
As part of this operation of the army, they have set up various military bases and camps, where the local people have the facility to communicate with any security related issues. In your picture you can see some soldiers along with army vehicles.
After that I came home from there and prayed and ate. Then in the evening I went out. A few days ago I saw how a line from one pole to another was connected by a drop cable. You can see in the picture number two below that insulators have been installed on electric poles.
It acts as a resistor for current flow between poles and wires. These insulators are attached to the top of the pole and the drop wire is connected through these insulators. From this pole, the line basically went to another pole in the second row.

Then in the first picture below you can see that the other pole is lined with thick black drop wire separate from the main line. This is the line I originally showed you. Clamps are used to hold the drop wire firmly to the pole that you can see between the wire and the pole.
It holds the wire tightly. Wires are connected to insulators and poles through clamps. Then this line went directly to another pole. As you can see in the second picture, the drop has gone straight away.
A few days ago I noticed that the pole was not connected to the electric wire. But now as you can see in the 1st picture below that pole has its phase and neutral wires attached. I took the picture when it was newly installed. The small wire that you can see under the drop wire originally ran to their house. The connection from the electric pole to the meter is usually made by a 230 volt wire.
It is used in single phase connection which is applicable for general residential and commercial connection. In case of three-phase connection the voltage can be up to 400 volts which is used for large installations or high power machines. The cables required to connect a meter are selected according to specific voltage and amperage tolerance criteria so that the connection is safe in case of overload.
After connecting it the power is given to the meter or load box and it is ensured that the connection is safe and working properly. However, no meter connection has been given to that house at present. So I tried to explain by showing our house meter for example that the connection is given like this.
Thus the evening passed. Then I pray and come home and spend some time on Steemit. After that, when it was night again, I quickly went to the mosque and offered Isha prayer. After praying, I came home and had dinner and slept for a while. After that I finished all my work and attended an engagement. Thus when the night was late I finished all my work and went to bed and ended the day like today. Thank God for such a beautiful day.
