Hello everyone!
My name is Icon Bassey, I welcome you all to Steemit Engagement challenge S14W1 which we are expected to talk about fashion. Below is my entry to the contest.

What is fashion in your words?
In my own words , I would say fashion trend or prevailing styles I'm accessories, clothing and personal appearance which is followed by a huge number of people. It's a way if converting one culture and personal taste through the combination of colors, patterns and accessories. Overall, I see fashion as a creative outlet that allows people to express themselves and confident in thier own style
Do you agree with with 'fashion stimulates our self-confidence?'

In my own opinion, I would say fashion has ability to stimulate self confidence in some people. Self confidence can be described as multifaceted trait that goes beyond individual choice of personal style and clothing.
To some individuals, putting on stylish and fashionable clothing can promote thier self image and make them feel more confident in social situations. Fashion can make individuals feel more comfortable, showcase thier personal style, express thier identity and boost thier self assurance.
It is decisive to know that self confidence is built on a foundation of self esteem that expands beyond external appearance.
Do you think fashion matters to our success?

They way we dress and present ourselves outside can influence how others sees us and which can app impact to our lives. So I would say fashion plays a role in our success.
In a social gathering like corporate environments dressing neat and appropriate is often expects. It's shows respect for organizations culture and professionalism. Good fashion can help make a positive impression during client meetings, networking events and job interviews.
Fashion can affect individual communications and relationships. People make judgement base on ones appearance including clothing choices . Dressing in a way that aligns with an individual personal style can influence thier interactions and relationships positively

I would like to give reasons why Fashion is important in our society
- Fashion allows someone to express thier personality and style choices through accessories, hairstyles and clothing. It is also helps individual display thier individuality to the world.
- Fashion is essential when it's come to representing different traditions, cultures and communities. With an individual clothing styles and choice, they can show case and perpetuate thier traditions and cultural heritage. Fashion is a tool for promoting and celebrating cultural exchange.
I believe I have been able to give answers to the above mentioned questions and I have been able to define what fashion and how it's important in our lives and society.

Fashion is a creative outlet that allows people to express themselves in there own style i agree with you my friend.
Yeah my friend fashion help us to build self confidence you will agree with me that many people are more confident in their self when they put on a nice clothes i am one of them as I am more comfortable and confident in myself when input on a good cloth, just imagine person laughing at you 😂😅 because of the way you dress hmmm your self confidence will reduce without doubt.
Yes success play a role in our success in life because the way we dress will determine how people will see us and also respect us, fashion make us to be happy and comfortable in our everyday living as we always promote our culture to the world, fashion is also important to our lives as it build our self confidence and also contribute to our success in life.
