[contest] my skill is my power || season - 27 by @emmaboy23

Greetings to everyone and happy weekend to you all, I hope all is well and you are all doing well. Art has the power to evoke emotions, spark imagination and capture moments in time, as I sat with my pencil in hand, a blank sheet of paper stared at me begging for creation. For a moment I closed my eyes letting my imagination take hold and behold a boys face began to form, his gaze drifting upward lost in thought. Today in my post I will be participating in this contest by drawing a boy looking upward but firstly I would like to thank @pea07 for organizing and sustaining this contest and allowing me to share my creativity with you all. Without wasting much time, here are the process involved.

MATERIALS NEEDED

• A4 paper
• pen / pencil
• ruler

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Firstly I used my pen and sketched the boy face.

After completely sketching it, I then began to draw and shade the neck of the boy using my pen.

Here I then continued to shade the boy's hair after completing the neck part

step 4

Finally I then finished colouring and shading the face of the boy .

Here is my final result of my drawing

As I stepped back to look at my work , the boy's eye seemed to sparkle with curiosity, his face a glow with a sense of wonder. I felt a sense of satisfaction and pride, knowing that I had captured a moment of pure joy and curiosity. The drawing of the boy also reminded me of taking time to appreciate the beauty of the world around us and never give up on your imagination.
