INTRODUCTION
In a world often stressful with challenges and challenges, it is a rare and precious gift to encounter individuals who inspire us to be better, to dream bigger, and to reach higher. Whether through their words, actions, or simply by being themselves, these individuals have the remarkable ability to light a spark within us, stirring our hearts and motivating us to pursue our passions and aspirations with renewed zeal.
My inspirational personality on steemit is @bossj23, I came to know about steemit platform through him and it's been an amazing ride for the last 5months. I have gone through his posts and all I see there is quality and deep words. The pictures he attaches to all his posts are clear view of what the post is all about. His markdown styles is what everyone should learn. His consistent morale is my ladder.
@bossj will never tell you to give up. If you like let fire be burning you on steemit, he will ask you to move one side that the fire will quench in few minutes 😆 he doesn't know how to give up. He inspires me to keep trying. He inspires me to be original with all my posts. He inspires me to be consistent and he inspires me to keep pushing no matter how hard. Everything I have achieved so far from steemit are all clear evidence of his good work on me. Even though he is a student and has alot of things to do, he will always be there to assist. Chat @bossj23 at 2 am and he will be up answering you, sometimes I used to ask him if he gets to sleep at all and this is always his words na who done make am the sleep
Dear @bossj23, I want you to know that you inspires me so much,, I wouldn't say I want to be like you, I want to be better than you on steemit platform. In the next 1 year I want to look back to my growth as a steemian and congratulate myself for not giving up and putting everything you say to me into practice. I want you to also know that you do not inspires only me, you inspires hundreds of us here on this platform and I want to appreciate you for always listening. I'm rooting for you and I look forward to you always being my mentor. And please don't forget I'm just starting to disturb you😂

Yes he has become a motivation for my Good work. When I joined this platform I alwwys have issues with my Mark down styles, I use to ask too many questions. But now I have gain momentum. I can do alot in the absence of him. Before I make any post he helps me check them for plagiarism and Ai words. Although he trust that we can write with only the use of our brain but you know anything can happen so prevention is better than cure.
Any day I don't participate in a contest, it seems I'm going against bossj because he send contests to us to participate, he motivates us to be consistent. And he motivates is to be up and doing. He hates to see the people he trains stay idol and lazy. He motivates me to not make a Post than posting wrongly. He motivates me to write with happiness. There is alot bossj has taughy and he is still motivating me to do.

Becoming a dolphin 🐬 on steemit is something I see that comes with so much sacrifices. Imagin powering up everything you've been earning on steemit to get to a certain level. I would say you need to sacrifice more to get more. I was already a steemian when he got his dolphins and I see all the excitement on his face, WWE were all happy for him because it's been a long way coming and he deserves it.
Secondly his reputation in some of the community is encouraging. In communities like @steem4nigeria and @steemkids andparents he has contributed alot to the growth of that community. I see his name's everywhere sometimes and I feel like to do even more. To put more efforts. And be ready to keep learning. He is my mentor and there are other people that inspires me but if I'm counting, I'm counting bossj first.

We tend to grow and gain independence by the help of the tutorial offered by this steemians, I must say bossj23 is also my motivation,because he has encouraged my growth and I must say he has taught me a lot, the level of exposition to which he exposed me to is great. Just like you now i am fully dependent though still he still remain my boss and i still look upto him. Don't take you eye off your motivation because it the light that guide the path to acheiving the best here.
