Hello friends from home and abroad, warm regards to everyone; I'm Anthony from Nigeria, and it's a pleasure to have you on my post; I'm engaging in this week's amazing Contest titled: "SFS Contest! Picture of the Day" organized by @ashkhan, let's dive in!

First of all, I would like everything about the photographs I'm including here to be creative, how creative mechanics without a degree or a certificate dismantle a complete motorcycle to the ground cos they want to carry it to another state.

So this was how it all started! I woke up that the and I heard people's voices outside, I then went out and I was some travel cos my landlord is a motor driver that carries passengers from Lafia Nasarawa state to Benin City Edo State and the passengers came with their luggage and two Bajaj motorcycle, and I was like wow how will two motorcycles enter a Sharon not until I saw the mechanics, and I said this would be a fascinating experience and I decided to take pictures of the dismantling processes.

The mechanics of each motorcycle were able to dismantle the motor in less than an hour.

  • General Dismantling Procedure For A Bajaj Motorcycle

Safety dismantling check

  • The mechanic ensures the motorcycle is on a level surface and puts the bike on two standers.

  • The mechanic disconnects the battery to prevent any accidental starts. And he removed his accessories and wristwatch.

  • Dismantling kickoff

  1. Remove the engine oil drain plug and drain the oil.
  2. Disconnect the spark plug wire and remove the spark plug.
  3. Disconnect the fuel pipe and remove the fuel tank.
  4. Remove the seat.
  5. Disconnect the brake lines and remove the brake calipers.
  6. Remove the front fork and steering column.
  7. Disconnect the swing arm and remove the rear wheel.
  8. Remove the frame covers and any other bodywork components.

The mechanics didn't (remove/disconnect) any part of the engine. I have come to the end of this blog.
