There are a few things that we can do to make others happy, to create happiness among others so that they can forget all the sad things in their lives and be happy like you. If you want to be happy yourself, then make others happy.
Join in the joy of others to make them happy, even if it's a small kindness or a small smile. Avoid jealousy at all costs. Jealousy destroys our lives, so we should seek refuge from it and be drawn towards happiness.
There will be many things in your life in which you will have faced failure and there will be many things in which you will have achieved success and you will be happy about it. So I would like to tell you that you should be grateful for what you have, whatever you have, and thank your God that you are worthy of all these things. Adopt gratitude in every situation. Thank God in every situation. This will make you feel happy and you will not feel inferior.
Whatever your circumstances, always look for the good. Forget the bitter reality of your past, your bitter attitudes, or your bitter life. Keep hope for what is coming next, and keep that hope for the better.

If you want to be very happy, then you should take care of your health because if your health is good, then you will feel happy. Take care of your diet, take care of exercise, this will eliminate your mental stress and you will feel happy. To achieve positive energy, we must first take care of our health, this gives us physical and mental strength.
Improve your relationships with the people around you, with your friends, with your relatives, with your family at home. These are the things that bring you happiness. These are the people with whom we have to share all our things. To reduce all our sorrows, we have to share our story with them. Therefore, you should improve your relationship with them so that they can also work in your life. I would like to give you a suggestion that you should avoid social media relationships and adopt more physical relationships so that you feel happy.
To achieve your happiness, you should give more priority to those things that you like, like if your favorite hobby is playing cricket, then you should go towards it more, or if you like to travel, or if you like to read books, then give them more time. This will also give you mental happiness.

If you adopt harshness, they will become enemies of your happiness. Therefore, learn to live in every situation. Learn to forgive others. If you forgive others, you will also get the reward from your God and will also feel happiness in your life.
To keep yourself happy or to keep others happy, add humor to your life. Talk lightheartedly and humorously so that when you are sitting together, you can share that humor and stay happy.
The result of all these things is that if you keep others happy, happiness will automatically arise within you. You will feel a strange sense of comfort, peace, and joy.
If you people don't believe in all these things, then experiment. See someone happy. Say hello to someone. Share something good with someone. And then you will conclude that making others happy makes us feel so happy.
