About Dis-Ease, and How To Heal the World
Healer, Heal Thyself
For when there is less disease in you,
there is less disease in the world.
This is one of those things that most people do not know. And even if they suspect, they think it doesn't really happen "that way".
Humans are a social creature. We get sick because we see other people sick, and mimic them.
You know we say that certain diseases are inheritable? Well, there is nothing in DNA that transmits disease. A child will mimic their mother. A child will mimic their father. And, if mother gets cancer, the child will often replicate that experience. If father gets arthritis in his hands, his son will often do the same when he gets to that age.
Its a cycle. And we learn it; deep down in our bones, learn it. We observe what our parents do, and we copy them. Later in our lives, at about the same age our parents were when they showed us this energy structure, we take on that same energy structure.
We also see this in places that we call "schools". Where children are trapped together. If one child gets sick, its like the entire class, often the entire school gets sick. And, we just say, "its the flu going around". But its not. Its monkey see, monkey do.
Unless you are aware that this is how diseases spread, you will not understand why you do or do not catch the "thing" going around. And, this is what we must learn about.
How dis-ease-s spread
There was this study, and it was long, and complicated, and they tried everything to get people sick. They could not get human-human disease transfer. They even had sick people spit into the mouths of non-sick people. The idea that is germ transfer that makes people sick is bunk.
Even Louis Pasteur admitted this on his death bed. (but, before that, he went wild with germ theory, so he could sell medicine)
It has been said that if we had sensitive enough equipment, that we could find every germ in every person. So, you are already infected. You are seconds away from dying! (gasp) But, you continue living, even if this is so.
It is first, "in the air", you feel the energies of those around you. And, if you feel like sharing the same experience, you will "contract" the same disease.
However, if you have looked within yourself, and you have cleared out and healed those parts of you who would want to manifest into a physical to let you know there is hurt, then you will be less likely to get the disease.
dis-ease
You do not have a pain in your knee because you bashed it into the table, you bashed your knee into the table because your knee was in pain. If you are more aware of your body, you would have noticed the pain/hurt in your knee, and would have tried to alleviate it. Then you wouldn't have had to bash your knee, and the pain become more apparent.
When you are firmly in your person, balanced and grounded, then you are at ease. When you are not, you are in dis-ease, and often, will attract a disease to you.
When you are overworked and feeling too stressed, do you stop and take a break to rejuvenate and get yourself balanced? Or do you come down with something? A dis-ease, and "forcibly" spend a few days in bed?
Diseases are like this, even cancer.
Food
If we actually paid attention to our body, grocery stores would be out of business right now.
A great amount of our dis-ease comes from not eating good foods.
Even more comes from eating "foods" that are poisons.
One of the dis-eases we almost universally ignore is that discomfort we feel in our stomachs after eating.
And this is compounded by our gut biome. If our gut biome is happy, we get lots of happy chemicals from them. If they are fed toxic stuff, or just stuff that creates a low oxygen environment, the single celled organisms that live in our gut, turn to anaerobic processing, and this produces toxins. And these toxins are often what makes our bodies feel sick.
So many things that we consider normal to eat, will be considered, and labelled toxic/poisonous/cancerous in society of our near future.
However, even here, it is the feelings of being down, feeling poor, that attracts us to eating food that is poor for us. When you go through a detox and start eating healthy, you will really start to notice how bad, bad food makes you feel. So, clean up your emotions. Learn what they are telling you. And then, naturally, you will start looking for a detox and to feed yourself healthy foods.
When you work on your emotional self. When you heal the abuses you have had through your life. When you start paying attention to the pain signals your body gives you. Then you start to be more healthy. And you will have less dis-ease.
When you are balanced, you will rarely be pulled into sharing a disease experience with others. Or, at least you will notice yourself being pulled into it. (and if so, find what needs your body is trying to alert you to)
And when you model being balanced and in good health, other people can follow.
So, when you heal yourself, it helps not only you, but the entire planet.
And we are talking about all that ails the world. Including bad air, poor, soul sucking, jobs, living standards… everything.
