I too have been seeing the writing on the wall regarding a planned bio-attack. I have to ask, how do they prevent themselves from contacting it. Bunker time? They would have to throw a whole bunch of useful idiots ( politicians) under the bus as they can't all just disappear to safety. They would be needed to control the reaction and offer the solution. Unless.......given this plan isn't working as well as hoped........it would just be a mass culling and then roll out the control tech beast system on the worn out starving survivors. I doubt the infrastructure for that would survive though so it seems counter to the overall goal of 100% control. I think it is more likely they would gas/poison certain areas and call it a viral disease. This way they are all safe, the public is terrified, and they get to cull by zip code so to speak.

Totally synthetic organisms....This mean these frankenscientists can create retroviruses, mutagens, and some serious flesh altering stuff. Being a creator without wisdom or restraint. Dangerous.

As to your question about how would they avoid infecting themselves? Well there’s a couple possibilities. I’m no scientist of course so take what I say with a big fat grain of salt. However, I would imagine that if they can make the virus however they like, couldn’t they make so that it couldn’t harm them?
Which could be part of the reason why they are so keen on getting everyone else’s DNA into a database.

I discuss how they have technology called Crispr cas13now, that can work as a prophylactic against a virus. It was really interesting, and a man who’s article I came across had a really interesting theory on how they could use such a tech to basically create anti-viral software in humans. I don’t know, it just all really made a lot of sense to me.
You’ll have to check it out and see what you think.
Anything, great point about HIV that’s certainly an interesting thing to think about.
