Why top level authorities should take employees suggestions in decision making?

Nowadays i am busy with my English exam. i have written many essays as a preparation for it. let me share one of my essays about employees' ideas effect while they are taking decisions.... tell me whether it is good :)

Different types of businesses are running by companies. that could be small companies or huge business compnies. some other companies have the huge amount of employees and workers under their managements.some company chains spread all over the world as franchises. no matter how size of the company , the decisions have to be make by the head board or management chiefs or someone else. while they are making decisions , they must have to go through to processes which has rules and regulations.

apart from that when they take the decisions , they need some suggestions from different kind of sources.
like wise head boards , managers , executive level position holders . in my point of view is also they must take some
ideas or suggestions by the employees too. even those who are working from law level for the company. when they do this process , they can improve or get decisions very effective way. company managers can held board meeting , staff meeting with their employees and take ideas with them . so they can get to know about the problems that should be solved for betterment of their future. they can consider employees infrastructures , facilities and get idea from them to
expand or improve their company reputation directly. Also they can divide duties to the supervisors to get ideas from the employees too. as a example there are vast majority of sections in well running business companies , such as marketing , quality supervision, management .

in conclude, while considering facts and points , companies must take ideas and suggestions from the employees to give
better quality of outcome services.
