I played football today again after 6months

Hello family greetings I hope you are ok. Today has has made me angry with a lot of people.

At times I ask my self that why is it that you cannot help a brother in cameroon and when you are in need they help you too. I help a guy gave him a shop that belongs to me and asked him to give me 50k he agreed gave me 20k that day that before week ends he will complete the rest, I've been asking him for three months now and he's saying he doesn't have money but he buys new things daily to sell, he promised me to gv me today I accepted went and looked for him and dd no see 🤦. I have already made plans with the money but it did not work.


From there I had to go to the field which happens to be the first time in six months that I've played football.

Just to live the field to come to the house I could not work againnnn , now am in serious pains so serious .
Now I ask my self that who send me ehhh.. I have pains everywhere. On my body chaiiii
Pls help me prescribe what can help ease my pains.
