Boccia un deporte muy interesante

Buenas noches compañeros de steem sports hoy les quiero hablar un poco sobre un deporte llamado Boccia, el cual está orientado para personas con discapacidades físicas y parálisis cerebral.

Lo vi por primera vez en el mundial paralímpico Tokio 2021 y me pareció muy interesante.

Este juego es muy parecido a un juego venezolano llamado Bolas criollas el cual consiste en 6 bolas de color roja, seis bolas de color azul y una bola blanca.

La idea es lanzar la bola blanca como marca de ubicación para las demás bolas, ganara el equipo o la persona que coloque más bolas de su color cerca de la bola blanca.

Este juego se puede jugar en equipo de tres personas, en parejas e individual.

Actualmente se juegan en categorías ya que todas las discapacidades físicas no son iguales, por lo tanto la categorización se ve reflejada de la siguiente manera:

BC1 : está orientada a persona que puedan lanzar las bolas con las manos o los pies pero necesitan un asistente.

BC2: en esta categoría es igual a bc1 pero con la única diferencia que no se necesita de un asistente.

BC3: es reservada exclusivamente para personas con parálisis cerebral y necesitan una especie de tobogán adaptado

para lograr empujar las bolas a su destino, se tiene que contar con un asistente.

BC4: por ultimo llegamos a la categoría dirigida para personas con discapacidad física graves pero no con problemas de parálisis cerebral.

Los beneficios de este deporte para las personas que sufren estas discapacidad son las siguientes:

Mejora en la actividad motora, fortalecer la extremidades y el tronco.

Ayuda a la superación personal y aumentar la confianza.

Mantener una relación de amistad y de equipo.

Boccia a very interesting sport

Good evening fellow steem sports, today I want to talk a little about a sport called Boccia, which is aimed at people with physical disabilities and cerebral palsy.

I saw it for the first time at the Tokyo 2021 Paralympic World Cup and I found it very interesting.

This game is very similar to a Venezuelan game called Bolas criollas which consists of 6 red balls, six blue balls and one white ball.

The idea is to throw the white ball as a location mark for the other balls, the team or person who places the most balls of their color near the white ball will win.

This game can be played in a team of three people, in pairs and individually.

Currently they are played in categories since all physical disabilities are not the same, therefore the categorization is reflected as follows:

BC1: It is aimed at people who can throw the balls with their hands or feet but need an assistant.

BC2: in this category it is the same as bc1 but with the only difference that an assistant is not needed.

BC3: it is reserved exclusively for people with cerebral palsy and they need a kind of adapted slide to push the balls to their destination, you have to have an assistant.

BC4: finally we reach the category aimed at people with severe physical disabilities but not with cerebral palsy problems.

The benefits of this sport for people who suffer from these disabilities are the following:

Improvement in motor activity, strengthening the extremities and the trunk.

Helps self-improvement and increase confidence.

Maintain a friendly and team relationship.
