Campus Connect Engagement Contest Week 2 - My Accomplishment And Failures so far in the First Half of 2022 And my Expectation For The Second Half - By @wealthmary

Greetings to you all @campusconnect, it is a wonderful opportunity to participate in another contest, and i want to appreciate campusconnect for this contest.
It is very important we count our success and failures every year, so that we can know where and how to improve in life. Life has two phases(success and failures) and our success is what we see as accomplishments and our failures are those goals or plans that we are unable to accomplish. As humans, we still need to have this sense of responsibility and it is by counting our success and failures, because a man who don't count his achievements and failures can be seen as an irresponsible person.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS AND FAILURES IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2022

It is so painful when what we have planned for ourselves doesn't work out. I actually started well in the first half of the year and my goal for the first 3 months was to get money and ensure that i finish everything that has to do with my academics, so what i did was to work as a sales agent in a photocopying shop, where i sold school materials to students in MOUAU and was also photocopying materials. But unfortunately, i was unable to accomplish it due to the bad system of education; that if you are not there to do your departmental clearance yourself, you are actually wasting your time, because no one will do it for you. So i had to quite my job to pursue it and at the point of collecting my statement of result, in order to mobilize for NYSC, ASUU strike came in and up till now iam still waiting for it to be called off.
Secondly; i thought i will be able to make cool cash from blogging and my other crypto business, another challenge came in, which is the crash of BTC(Bitcoin), which got me devastated and i was lost in what next to do. So i had to encourage myself to keep doing what iam doing with hope that one day everything will be fine again.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Business Skills; By God's special grace, i have been able to acquire good business skills in the first half of this year. I attended business seminars, and i have been able to acquire skills in business presentation, to some extent i can be able to run a business presentation. I have also acquired some marketing skills, baking skills, and also own a certificate in cosmetology (cosmetics and soap making).
• Start-up; My team and i have been able to start-up a company known as Konzeglobal Services. It is a company that deals on graphic designs, Content creation, website development, publishing, Konze Tv for adverts, trading, computer training, we also design wedding cards, we also do branding, gift bags, banners, and so many others. MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE YEAR

Iam actually expecting lots of success in the second half of the year and i know that "with God all things are possible". I intend to restructure my plans and ensure that iam properly prepared for the great opportunities that are coming. I expect that before the end of the year, i should be serving my country, i also expect that before the end of the second half of the year that my company would have grown to a certain height. I expect that i will make more money and also marry in this second half of the year.

WHAT WILL I DO IN THE SECOND HALF TO MAKE THINGS WORK WELL?

I have lot of plans in my head and i know God will help me as i run with those plans.
Firstly, i plan to improve in my marketing skills as an affiliate marketer and also learn more about copy writing, so that i can be a good copy writer and blogger.
Secondly, i intend to serve in Port Harcourt where Konzeglobal Services is located, so that my team and i can put more efforts together to push the company forward.
Thirdly, i intend to consistently continue with my crypto business and blog posts , because i know soon crypto will rise, seeing the video where Christian Rolando said he is already partnering with Binance and he will do his best to push crypto forward is a great motivation to me.

CONCLUSION

I want to encourage everyone to continue working hard and also try to acquire more skills, because one day it will definitely pay. Also remember that God says He will bless the works of our hands, if you don't have any work, there will be nothing for God to bless. Know that your failures shouldn't stop you from doing what you are doing, it should motivate you to do greater works. Thanks to God that i am not the same person i used to be and i know there is more to me.
