Greetings Greatest Members Of This Community I am here with yet another educative and interesting topic.

Today I will be talking about a plant in my garden Called Moringa

Moringa is a plant that have been praised for its health benefits.it is grown in tropics, the leaves barks, flowers, seeds, fruits are used to make medicine.oil from Moringa seeds is used in food, perfume, hair products and Machine lubricant.
Moringa is an important food stuff in some part of the world, because it can be grown cheaply and easily.
When dried the leaves contain vitamin and minerals.
Amongst all the plants in my garden Moringa is one of the best I love the way people rushes to get it is really amazing

Why I love this plant
Moringa is very essential it's has various purpose and ways of use,it can't be cooked and eaten as food and it can also serve as medicine.and it doesn't take long before another new leave will come out.
It is traditionally used for curing

  1. Diabetes
  2. Long lasting inflammation
  3. Infection
  4. Joint pain
  5. Cancer and
  6. Heart health

Uses Of Moringa
It has been recorded that Moringa has so many health benefits.
-Diabetes: plant element in the leaves helps the body process sugar better and it will affect how the releases insulin.

-Cancer: Moringa leaves slow the growth of cancer cell and help chemotherapy work well. Moringa leaves barks and root has anti_cancer effect that might lead to new cancer

-Memory the Antioxidants in this plant may heal stress and inflammation in the brain.

  1. It is very Nutritional: it is an excess source of minerals and vitamin one cup of fresh chopped leaves contains. Protein, Iron, Vitamin B, Vitamin A, Riboflavin and magnesium
  2. It is rich in antioxidant: antioxidant are compounds that works against free radicals in the body Moringa leaves is good for Antioxidants including quercetin and chlorogenic acids. Moringa leaves power can increase blood Antioxidants levels.
  3. It can lower cholesterol: having cholesterol had been linked to an increased risk of heart failure.moringa leaves can reduce cholesterol levels thereby reducing the risk of heart failure.
  4. It may protect against Arsenic Toxicity: Arsenic contamination of food and water is a major problem of many countries, long term exposure to high level of Arsenic may lead to health problem.it is said that Moringa my help reduce it.
