A lovely day to you all my dear friends. Hope we are all doing ok. It is great to participate in this contest entitled My Accomplishment And Failures So Far In The First Half Of 2022 And My Expectation For The Second Half- Prize Pool of 20 Steem and Booming Votes.

This is really an interesting topic considering that just like yesterday, the year 2022 started and we have already run through the middle.od the year. Thus it is good to have.an honest assessment of myself in order to know where to improve on.

Achievements

The greatest achievement I have had is that of life. The fact that I am alive till today is the best thing that ever happened to me. Even though, it was not by my own strength but through Gods underserved kindness.

I am indeed grateful for the good health I have. Once more it is an achievement even though it should not be a cause for boasting since it was not entirely of my own making.

Being able to take care of my rents, feeding and needs is another achievement, because for a fact, to survive in My country is not an easy thing.

The fact that I was able to contribute immensely toward helping my parents who was ill and seeing them in a more stable condition now, is a reason to be joyful.

Being able to buy some steem coin and power-up in this community is also a great achievement for me. It has been long that I have been dreaming about it. It finally came to fulfilment the first half of this year.

Failures

I had in mind getting married before the first half of the year runs out, but that did not materialize.

There was so much inflation in the country that prices of goods became x3 of it former price . Meanwhile, salaries where stagnant and not even paid in most cases. Demands are on the increase while income is dwindling at a geometric rate.

Some of the little businesses I tried to establish to help me out financially and economically also failed due to certain changes in government laws and much taxation. You know how much unnecessary collections and levy payments can affect new business despite being tax free.

I could not meet my savings target for the first half of the year.

These were among the targets I expected to achieve during the first half of the year 2022.

There is an adage that goes this way Expectations postponed makes.the heart sick. However, despite that I am ever more determined to push on.

For now, I am putting off the marriage idea to avoid burdening myself with unnecessary pressures.

I will want to see how I can still meet up with my savings budget for the year. This is a key factor in whatever move I will do next year. It will also help me plan ahead for the point 1 above.

I would also try once more to establish another physical means of income. This will go a long way to make me less dependent on salaries.

I would also love to increase the quantity of my holding in Steem coin. In fact, I want to be a Whale.

First, I will try some other business lines to see how viable they will be.

I will also invest more time in steemit to learn more and also improve my earnings in it.

I will try to improve on my cryptocurrency knowledge by reading and making more research.

I also plan to avoid unnecessary expenditures and focus more on worthwhile ventures and avoid friends that does not contribute meaningfully in my life while searching out useful ones.

I strongly believe that taking the above measures will help.me.achieve my desired goals.
