Eating properly helps to reduce the risk of physical health challenges like heart disease and diabetes. Healthy Food responsible for good sleeping patterns, energy levels, and your general health. Sometimes you may have noticed that your mood often affects the types of food you choose or you eat.
Malnutrition is to be when a someone's diet does not provide enough nutrients or the right balance of nutrients for optimal health. Causes of malnutrition includes inappropriate diet choices, a low source of income, difficulty obtaining food, and some physical and mental health challenges.
Most atimes people thinks that eating much food is key to health nutrition little do they know that it results is malnutrition. And malnutrition is also said to occur when taking ur dinner at an odd hour. Malnutrition can make one to age fast thereby reducing the age span.It can cause sickness which leads to death rate

Starting with the most obvious effect of food which is your waistline. It is said that calorie control is more successful than working out. Over time, your body gets used to your exercise regimen. We call this weight loss.
To get more out of your food so as to achieve a healthy weight loss can be done by choosing whole foods. Foods that will make you fuller, longer and loaded with nutrients include the following: Leafy greens, lean beef sirloin, salmon, boiled potatoes, and chicken breast.

Healthy eating allows the production of collagen. Among all the protein in the body collagen is more and it is responsible for the elasticity of the skin. That's the reason why older people takes it as supplement.

Nourishing your lips with the right foods help to moist your lips through hydration, than buying a lip moisturizer to take good care of your lips. Drink more of water at least 2liters per day, and avoid caffeine and salty food. To have a moist and healthy lip take foods like, broccoli, chia seeds, almonds and spinach.

Intake of poor nutrition dulls your sight and promotes under-eye circles. And also to remember to get maximum sleep also. Remember the brighter your eyes more attractive you become.
For healthy eyesight take foods that contains carotenoids. Carotenoids are plant pigments found in foods like green peas, kale, spinach, and summer squash. They are antioxidants to promote a healthy eyesight. Fascinating thing about carotenoids is that, they bring back that sparkling appearance.
