Hello, my fellow steemians. How you all doing?. I believe you all are doing great, thanks be to God Almighty.

Am glad to join in this community contest which is on "my favourite game on campus". As it is said that no work and no play makes someone a dull one. And exercise is needed for the proper development of the body and relief from stress.

Today, I will be sharing with you my favorite game on campus. Though not everybody plays it but few who finds it more interesting and exciting.

THE LUDO GAME.

The ludo game is a strategy board game that is being played among two to four individuals (2-4) whereby each of the players race with their four tokens from the beginning to the ending according to the rolls of a single die.

In this game called ludo, it has a special areas typically coloured with bright yellow, green, red and blue. In the game each individual involved in the game is assigned a colour with four tokens in their colour.

The game is all about how you can strategically out race your opponent to the end without your opponent sending you back to the shell. Lol

I fell in love with the game when I was in year one when I visited a friend of mine who was living off-camp because then I was staying the the hostel. The game seems useless to me in the first place, but my friends where just enjoying it until a day came I decided to give it a try. When I started, it was not that easy for me because I have to first of all understand the rules involved before knowing how to play it.

Days turn weeks and weeks into month while I still tried to figure out how to play it. Whenever I played with my friends I always loose. When I get back to the hostel I decided to download the game on my Android phone and also watch some YouTube videos before i started to play it. When I started the game, it was something else but little by little it became fun and exciting to me that I learnt how to play it well.

When I revisited my friends in their house, they were surprise on how I learnt it so fast that I outplayed some of them. From that day even when people come along with ludo game I find it more interesting and excited to play with them.

Although, I might not be the best in the game. But at least I can try all my possible best to come out second if we are four playing it.
