Hello friends and welcome back to Campus Connect Blog, in this update we will be providing update on verified games that will be featured in season 3.

Below are the confirmed Games of Campus Games Season 3-

Confrimed Games

Campus games Season 3 will feature only 4 games which will run for 7 days, at the end of the deadline our Team will analyze and rate various entries.

Below is the list of the games that will be played(Campus Games Season 2)

1. Writing Competition- Creative writing(Week 1)
   Campus writing competition is a game where participants showcase their writing skills. There are many creative writers in the steemit community, and we will love to explore their world of creativity via their posts.

So for this game, participants will be making original fiction writing based on a given clue, participants will then develop and create a wonderful storyline using the given clue.

Rules

• Participants are required to make an original work, plagiarism will not be tolerated and will lead to loss of points and if repeated disqualification of the group.

• Only 4 members per team.

• The team's works should be submitted way before the deadline.

• Story should be not less than 300 words and not more than 1500 words.

• Participants should include #campusfiction and #campusgames as one of their first 5 tags.

• Participants should submit their entry as a link to the announcement post for the game( Writing Competition- Creative writing).

• Be creative and follow the rules.

2 . Music- Recreate your favorite song(Week 2)

The second game is all about music and we all love music right?? Then here is one for our music lovers. Participants are required to cover an original song or music. They could recreate the song with different lyrics and sounds or simply go with the original model and sing this in a super fascinating lyric way.

Rules

• Participants can post their videos either on youtube or on Dtube, whichever platform is more convenient is acceptable.

• Participants will create an entry post here on the steemit blockchain with the link to the video and basic info about the original song.

• Participants should submit their entry as a link to the announcement(Week 2) post for the game(Music- Recreate your favorite song).

• Participants should include #campusmusic and #campusgames as one of their first 5 tags.

• The team's works should be submitted way before the deadline.

3 . Art- Creative art/Painting(week 3)

Art is beautiful and a force to be reckoned with, we have a lot of amazing artists and this is a great and fun way to showcase their prowess. Participants are expected to make creative drawings/paintings of anything, provide background information and submit their post link as an entry to the game.

Rules

• Participants should submit their entry as a link to the announcement(Week 3) post for the game( Art- Creative art/painiting).

• Participants could use any tool of their choice, they could use a pencil or pen to make the artwork.

• Work must be original and have the unique mark of the artist.

• Participants should submit their entry as a link to the announcement(Week 3) post for the game(Art- Creative art/Painting).

• Participants should include #campusart and #campusgames as one of their first 5 tags.

4 . MediaWorks- Graphics Designs(week 4)
Graphic Design is a craft where designers create beautiful and visual content to communicate messages. This game is focused solely on creating innovative and beautiful designs following a layout theme. We will provide a theme or topic for the design and participants will work to deliver master class designs and compete for spectators votes.

Rules

• All works and graphic images must be original and free of plagiarism.

• Participants are free to use any app or program of their choice to create their entry.

• Participants should include #campusmediaworks and #campusgames as one of their first 5 tags.

• Participants should submit their entry as a link to the announcement(Week 4) post for the game(MediaWorks- Graphics Designs).

Team Registration ends on 22nd February 2021

We expect to see as many teams as possible join these games and make this project one of the most exciting and anticipated games on steemit.

Prize Pool/Ranking

The prize pool is not a fixed amount and can change from per tournament, we look to create a project worth your time and energy.

So for now, the prize pool is yet to be disclosed, we will provide updates on that in our next update post.

Campus games will feature only main three winners, three teams who were able to gain the highest number of points will take the top spot, followed by the second and the Third teams.

We will announce the 4 games and their rules in the comings days after this announcement.

Campus games are scheduled to kick off on the 23rd February 2022
