My Country's Education Journey: From Satisfaction to Reform

The education system in Pakistan is very deep and have a multi-layered structure, and the include of various stakeholders and components.

Education structure.

It begins with primary education which is for five years, After five year the education is continue by middle school for three years, and then a high school for two years. students attend follow higher secondary school for two years, and finally have a FCS level education which offers Pre medical, pre engineering, Computer science, and arts. In primary education focusing on the basic subjects like Urdu, English, mathematics, science, and social studies. Middle school adds some of the subjects like Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies.

Teaching methods in Pakistan education system are very traditional, having a lectures and contain white board and blackboard. Pakistan education system have a limited technology use and a digital resources. They force on learning and have a limited focus on critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key stakeholders of the Pakistan education system is under.
Ministry of Federal Education
Professional Training
provincial education like Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan and Khyber pakhtun khuwa department
private schools, colleges and teachers.
Public school and colleges and teacher.
parents and the guardian.
civil society organizations.

No I am not satisfied with the education system in my country the reason are under.

The inclusion of education system in Pakistan, the illiteracy rate is almost 45 to 50 percent. Private and government school in urban area have not the quality education and the lack of resources like the use of technology and digital equipment.

Teacher in Pakistan education system is high qualified but with less of the teaching skill due to no proper teaching training by government. During the budget education system have a less number of fund which is enough for the improving of education system.

I saw alote of talented student loss and waste their talent because of highly corrupted and uneducated minister held on the education departments.

To introduce the better education system in Pakistan I will introduce the follow innovative and practical reforms.

Teacher Training.

I will held regular teacher training and providing a highly and technological resources to recognize him their crucial role and shaping the education in the education system of Pakistan.

Increasing funding for education system.

Increasing the fund for education system to hire a quality teacher and teacher training for the benefits of the students.

Honest Education minister.

For the betterment of the education system should hire the officer which is honest and high qualified educated person and prevent and finish corruption from the root.

Practical resource.

Government should provide the practical resource to the education department for the well understanding of the students. Practical is very important in education system.

Free education.

Providing free education for those student whose are the orphan, poor and for talented student who didn't support the education fee.
